It might be cheaper as some of the American brands are not manufactured in the states to avoid taxes. Years ago in the duty free at the Canadian border the Marlboro cigarettes were made in Switzerland🤔 Tasted much different than US made😝 Prices vary in the states as the tax rates vary by state. A carton in NY state would be around $100usd and Georgia would be $60-$70usd. Travelers from the more expensive states stock up on the return journey back.

@@TenerifeBest8B Tenerife has become very toxic. Vloggers making videos about each other. Having little digs, I'd rather not be a part of that. Not much more I can do that hasn't been done. For me I've closed that book now. I'll return to see friends, but doubt I'll be filming it as it's been done before. As The MacMaster says Onwards my Friends.

@@TheMacMaster my bad, I thought you wee referring to the mini bar in the room. Still, stick with an occasional beer. I have friend who is almost exactly your age and he was just hospitalized for Kidney failure. Luckily his kidneys started to function again but they sustained damage. People don't realize that alcohol is much worse for you than you realize and all those studies where they said one drink a day is good for you turned out to be completely false and was summarily disproven in several large peer reviewed studies. It's easy for me to refrain because I believe I was born with the gene that makes alcohol naturally tastes terrible and I was never influenced by peer pressure and I was in a pretty rowdy fraternity in College. I just want you to stay healthy, you're my favorite RU-vidr even though I don't always agree with you, you're a great person and tremendously entertaining. I recommend your channel to everybody. I joined a Fish & Chips group on Facebook and they are mostly people from your area and I always bring up your name and they all know you.
