The MAD chemistry between Zac Efron and Leslie Mann is a whole other level though. This movie makes you SO CONFUSED because as an audience, you know it's her ex-husband. but the reality is that it's a TEENAGE boy. This is very 'Stacey's Mom' but also not 😂

He Really Can Act: Zac Efron. He hasn't quite reached the respect he'll earn doing Neighbors (2014), but this is the movie that showed everyone that the former Disney Channel star had great comedic potential.

i think zach efron did an amazing job playing a younger matthew perry, this was the movie i was like, yeah boy can actually act. This premise and cast could have been way better utilized, some of the writing is a little lazy, especially the geek stuff. why would the friend use a star wars reference when they are clearly cos playing sexy time as elves?? LOL i think this movie is underrated, a fun cringey watch.

Unintentionally Unsympathetic: -Let's face it, did anyone actually feel anything for Maggie? She pretends to listen to music as an excuse to ignore her father and has very little positive interaction with her family until the very end of the film. She knowingly dates the school's resident Jerk Jock and lets him into her house, despite her own brother being one of his most frequent victims. When said jock dumps her, Maggie tries to force herself on a nicer boy she's only just met (not knowing this boy is actually her own father) and immediately assumes that Mark is gay simply because he rejects her advances, and is also visibly bitter when it seems that Mark is attracted to her mother instead, giving the impression that she feels entitled to him. -Scarlet as well. She has a flourishing career in comparison to her husband's miserable one, which he chose against his dreams for her, but she refuses to tolerate him, throws him out of the house, destroys his possessions, and celebrate his disappearance.

I love both versions of 17 again but the tia and tamera version is more classic for me and overall the movie is better period only the real ones have seen the tia and tamera version the only reason why I liked the zac efron version is because I had a HUGE crush on zac efron growing up 😂

This movie just brings back so much nostalgia. I think my favorite scene is probably where Mike is talking about holding his daughter for the first time in class or where Mike reads the blank letter in court to Scar. Even if my dad can drive me mad insane, I don't think there's much that's stronger than the bond between a father and a daughter. Those with good dads out there know what I'm talking about

The bestfriend looked it up and most transformations in myths is because the MC needs to fix something. At first the MC thought it was about him getting a 2nd chance in life, but later realizes it was to help his kids. That's why he is butting himself in to the lives of his son and daughter.

Billy, same! Uncle Ned is definetely the best character in this whole freaking movie. I just want a short movie spin-off that's just about Ned (played by this actor because he's only making it so much better. He's great with the physical comedy and the face expressions.)

I just saw Dylan’s reaction and I thought this movie would be perfect for you! I was not disappointed. Movie suggestions: #bingers Carrie (included on Prime video, both the original from the 70’s and the more recent one, in my opinion the 76’ one is really the classic though a bit light on the scares for a horror movie) The Outsiders (a heartwarming story about male friendship, another classic) Despicable Me (prepare to laugh at the strange antics of Steve Carell as he does a funny accent)

This is the second reaction I’ve seen from this movie in the last month or so! #Bingers Anyway I have recommended High School Musical 3: Senior Year, The Greatest Showman, In The Heights and Hamilton but others that have popped in my head is a Disney Channel Original movie called “Let It Shine” and if you haven’t already the Pitch Perfect triology and Spider Man: No Way Home which I am sure you have already watched but it will be a nice rewatch!
