It doesn't cost anything but it will cost about 2000 yen per person think of you cancel the reservation! You can place a reservation for your seat 15 days before you go there. Better be fast on reserving tho, the cafe is also famous for its reservations because they get taken by others the moment they open (when the day changes).

MissKayRose The cheapest sets you can get there are currently 3500 yen. For example a dessert plate or a three-story afternoon tea set or a lunch set with beef stew or pasta. The dinner course is 5000 yen but that's only served in the evening. And then there's all kinds of extra teas and ice creams and such that change every month. My personal favourite is a sherbet they make at the table using liquid nitrogen, it's magical :3
