Manaola was a breath of fresh air. I was hysterically laughing at his puns. It was heartwarming to see different tribal prints interpreted in haute couture runway dresses. This is the first episode where I actually love all the looks! Edit: Wow, this is a lot of likes! Thanks, everyone! 😊
The first stores clothes’ are amazing. I love how it’s indigenous to the area and how it looks tribal. Plus the dresses look gorgeous on you (OMG this is the most likes I’ve ever gotten. It’s at 607🤯)

Jen and Kristin are friendship goals, like their both so much goofier around each other than they are with the other girls, they are a comedic duo from heaven
I like that Hawai’i is spelled correctly and that Kristin was so touched that Manaola gave her a lei because leis are an extremely heartfelt and valuable gift in Hawaiian culture

Im not the biggest girl i wear a size 14 to 16 in jeans but even for me finding a cute pair of jeans that fit and also isnt going to break my bank is super hard we have a Torid here in Fairbanks but again one dress was 90$......now i dont know how much clothes in the lower 48 cost but in my book thats way too much for one dress 😂

You should try doing this on a trip to Disney World since you’ll have to find standard Disney clothes you like. You should also try going to Paris and deal with European sizes
On the hangers I was kind of meh about the clothes at the first store, but I was literally blown away when Kristin tried them on. everything was just STUNNING on her :O

As someone who has lived in Hawaii my entire life - I LOVE that you included Manaola!! His clothes are absolutely amazing - a little out of my price range but so amazing. I think it’s so important to support local artist and businesses.
This is officially my favorite Ladylike show. And i keep thinking, what would it be like if Devin or Chantel did this? And then i realize they wouldn’t have any problems shopping, that’s the point of this show

I’m so happy that high waisted bathing suit bottoms are very in this year! I am not plus sized but when I was in the store and saw that I was so happy because it’s flattering for everybody.
It's because of the high population of Japanese that inhabit the island. Idk if you realize that Jen is half Japanese and her grandmother was a Japanese woman. Soooo yes, I can see how she would see a higher concentration of women who look like her grandma there as opposed to in Los Angeles
