My dad and I return to the Stade Bollaert- Delelis almost a year on from our trip to see the Derby du Nord and as luck would have it the Lensultra ground Red Tigers were on particularly good form as it was their 30th anniversary.

Glad you liked although as a Lens Fan i have to say that we are not the french club with the best biggest ultra "culture" compare to some teams like St Etienne, Marseille, Nantes etc..But yeah everyone says (french and foreigners people) that there is this particular atmosphere in the stadium and in the city in general.

They are certainly one of the best. Whether or not they actually are the best is more up for debate. I’m glad you mentioned those other 3 clubs though as they would’ve been the other contenders in my head!

The french newcastle ...Without the cash..very friendly fans, For the Story, the stdium can accomadate the whole city's population

Very much so! Good comparison. I always compare them to Schalke in Germany for this but they are much like Newcastle as well

you schould go and see st etienne fans even though theyre in ligue 2 they have some of the best suport in france in my opinion
