This was my first time attending the Specialty Coffee Association Expo! @SpecialtyCoffeeAssociation
An incredible experience which showed me just how big the coffee industry is. I had no idea so much people from different walks of life worked in coffee until SCA Expo 2023. Green coffee producers and farmers, coffee roasters, baristas, cafés, coffee beans brands, coffee gear and coffee equipment, even coffee robots! The weekend was also the scenario for the United States Barista Championship so we also got to see some competition!
Needless to say, we spent the weekend highly caffeinated :)
