I have 2 beautifully restored vehicles and never even think about going to a car show

Took my car to a local show, AMC Pacer, pulled in , blasting Steve Via, Joe Satriani, Pat Travers, Ted Nugent, Frank Marino Mahogany Rush, won all the trophies. Left the show, pulled out onto the street, the hatch popped open, and all the trophies landed on the street, and the cars behind me ran them all over 😢

People pay at the Rick Ross show $700 per car just to try to win a Dimon key 🔑 is ridiculous. The car show should be free for the people bringing their cars. Just build something you can drive and enjoy it, most likely It's going to end up in a scrap yard somewhere when you are in the grave.

They people who want to see the vehicles pay to get in, not the the folks who own the cars. Many are retired and this is no incentive to bring out their vehicles for others to place finger prints on. The more cars, the more people to look and view, while buying food, tee shirts, stickers or take photos with a wonderful car builder / painter! The car show is trying to make money from both sides!
