Thank you for sharing this beautiful exaltation of the Feminine. The age we're currently in is finally ushering in the re-emergence of the Divine Feminine and certainly Dior was ahead of his time in reminding us of the beauty and sacredness of the Feminine. It's a reminder to dress and be the highest expression of ourselves. 💐 💐

When my daughter and I visited Paris, we stayed in a cute little hotel near the fashion district and Dior. We felt safe walking there at night because there were many police officers around the vicinity.

It brought to mind movies that some of the fashions appeared in. Can you imagine the lifestyle where you actually dressed this way? Love the hats. Reminds me of Royals today. I believe the Dior fragrance advent calendar is $650 if not sold out.

Oh Angela, The gowns make me want to sew and do bridal alterations again. 😊 Those sketches are fabulous; even the cloudy blue back rounds are ethereal. Women dressed to look their best and express their femininity. Sigh. Prayers for a revival of that look. Have you seen the movie, MRS. HARRIS GOES TO PARIS? It is charming. Thank you for your thoughtfulness in sharing this amazing experience with us. I could spend days there, I think. How were you able to film? I would think that the security would be quite high.

I was shocked that we were able to film. Security is high everywhere, in that all bags are checked at anything you go to, but yes, you can photograph and film just about everything.

So many of the designs for everyday clothes in the late 40’s and 50’s are based on Dior’s designs. My favorite design era! Just lovely!❤

My daughter took me to Paris this passed August 2022 and I had two request ❤ The Dior exhibit and Versailles ❤ wao wao wao wao wao that is all I am saying ❤ if you can Don't miss it.
