I went to the worst rated makeup artist in my city and it was expensive. My wallet can't stand me. Follow me on Instagram: @joudi_d Business Inquiries : Judydbusiness@gmail.com
Judy, I'm a native spanish speaker and it would NEVER occur to me to make fun of someone that's learning my mother tongue. Spanish is a hard ass language and for you to even try and want to learn it and have the confidence to speak it out loud with native speakers, god damn that takes courage. Don't let this awful person to bring you down with his negativity, you're doing great linda.
@@MM-nl8ci i am a native spanish speaker and believe me its kinda difficult, spanish people say like difficult words that cannot be translated to english, there are some words that are confusing but besides that its kind of easy.
yes exactly! I'm from Poland but I grew up in England so my polish is not the best and I'm already very shy to use it so if someone commented on my accent or how I pronounce things in polish I would never talk in polish again

I dont know how most of these so called makeup artists have jobs I mean if I had a store and had people working for me who did shit like this and are that bad they would not be working for me
Everyone was so rude in this video! Sometimes I get the feeling that Judy is such a very pure and so good person that she can't say NO or be rude with who deserves. I would love to see a WORST REVIEWS in which she (or someone who's with her) points out ALL the mistakes during the makeup for the makeup artists.
Late but she's so sweet, she puts up with so much for not only our entertainment but to expose these scummy salons. A strong gal too, I'd honestly be crying at the amount of bullying this MUA subjects his clients to :(
I get the vibe she's so smart & mindful that she just observes their behaviour. Not emotionally affected by it except maybe a little bit amused. To always remember that others behavior speaks about them not us is hard to do. I can't always, so hats off to Judy. I could be wrong of course as it's my first visit & I've only watched one & a half videos. I do tend to skim. Both videos were excruciatingly bad make-up artists yet though terribly executed, these looks make her pop so beautifully. She has high contrast features (dark hair & eyes, v fair skin, only lightly pigmented lips). Low contrast make up makes a high contrast face look washed out. That is the only thing they've brought to the party IMO. Well executed high contrast looks in the right shades would be absolutely incredible on Judy. I would love to see that but maybe that content is here already so I'll have a look.
Its appalling how unhygienic these makeup artists are wtf. I’m not remotely a makeup artist but even I understand the concept of not applying products directly on a customers face like that liquid concealer🤮 we aren’t even going to talk about that mascara
Love how expensive this place is and he’s using LA Girl- pro conceal. Drug store makeup. I’m not against it personally, but to charge so much money and use a $2.99 concealer. 🤷♀️
I’m not a professional makeup artist but definitely my makeup techniques, skills and professionalism are way better. This makeup artist have so many red flags
My brother is a tattoo artist and I've only seen him have that attitude with the rowdiest, drunkest customers. And that's for TATTOOS, permanent things, not fckn brows. And no shade to my brother and his co-workers but tattoo artists are some of the rudest most unprofessional assholes working, and if you're outdoing them on that front you need to examine yourself chief
Not my tattoo artist he’s so patient … he’s been doing tatts for a long time so I guess he’s just seen about everything. I’ve seen him sense when people are tensing up and he’ll stop and get them water, sure he’ll throw a friendly joke in like “you thought these needles penetrating your skin wouldn’t hurt ?” But that’s more than friendly for people squirming and screaming while trying to do a tattoo. He’ll even ask if you have any song or type of music you wanna listen to. He’ll even offer numbing cream to people that are really scared or throwing a fit. I love my tattoo artist, he listened to my cry about my ex once and gave me a very kind and fatherly lecture …. I just felt like saying this cause not all tattoo artist fit the sterotype. I have a friend who does tats too and he’s soo patient but he doesn’t do the best work lmao
That's what I said. This was the ONE worst makeup video that actually matched the foundation, only to ruin it. I almost feel he did that on purpose. He seemed very mean and petty.
@@GlitchyElf powder is so incredibly easy, powders can work for a range of skintones, if you get a deeper powder for deep skincolours and translucent powder for light skincolours and if you want to be extra a pink powder for more vintage soft looks (very populair in the 1930s to 1950s and a green powder for redness and you can do pretty much any skin ever, maybe you can mix a few colours if you really want to, but translucent works for most light skin tones and any make-up artist should have that in their kit imo.
*LOL right!! I would've been like, "buddy, when you lack the talent and skill to DO YOUR JOB WELL, and you don't give a rat's ass or even care to try improving/getting better at it.. you're making it harder for yourself!!! Not to mention you are unable to accomplish the easiest, most effortless part of your so called job.... GIVING GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Like, you have to genuienly be a pretty shitty person if you can't even pretend to be nice, or just fake it for fux sake! The fuhhh outta herewith your ugly attitude and makeup application, CULERO! How does he still have his job! Seriously though. For the price they charge you'd expect a well mannered and professional employee at the very least, pfffttt! Oh, and if you didn't have lashes, which are included as a part of the service, then deduct the cost of them from the service, jerk! Lol he got on my nerves! Could ya tell!?* =P #girlbye #ifyoucantevenblendityouprobablyshouldjustendit #youregoisnotyouramigo
Yeah .. I mean, u should always try to be nice and friendly, no matter if u get money for it or not!! But oh my .. she's _paying_ him for what he does, how can he be so mean ..
I feel so sorry for you! You need to speak up when people treat you with disrespect and are unprofessional especially when you are paying for the services!! You don’t need people like that being rude! You are beautiful 💕
Im proud of you for your growing confidence in your recent videos, and how far youve come. It was painful to hear you speak well of someone who treated you like shit, and although lowering yourself to their level wouldnt be the answer.. You deserved way better than that
God bless! Believe in your heart and confess with your mouth that Jesus Christ is our Lord and Savior and the Son of God and died on a cross for our sins! God is our Father and Creator and raised His Son Jesus Christ from the dead! Confess and repent of your sins and live for Jesus as He died for you! Trust God!! 🥰.
I honestly don't know how you do it. You smile and chuckle when he's being rude like that. Respect. Thanks for sharing how awful some places can be and for being brave to re-do it! Kudos to you girl. Hope you treat yourself to a spa after these experiences!
OMG. That was a LOAD of makeup. I would "feel" like I couldn't breathe. I only once paid for makeup. It was awful. Same with hairdressers for weddings. I just "do" myself whenever necessary. I'll have to find a video where you do your own makeup. I have yet to see you get a nice job done, frankly. I will continue to watch just bc you guys are so sweet.
That MUA was so rude! He shouldn’t blame you for moving and ruining the eyebrows and then complain about fixing it, he’s getting payed to make you look nice. And that eyeshadow was WAY TO BRIGHT.
@@AngelaAlbertina the whole point of concealer is to cover spots and dark marks, if you want to use concealer as highlighter then you could use a lighter tone but concealer is supposed to be the same shade as your foundation
One thing I love about your videos is how you credit the music you use in the corner. Its such a nightmare to try and figure out music I really like that's used in a video when I don't know the name so I appreciate this.
Mascara is even more dangerous than that if you don't clean it off properly lumps of it get in your eye and cause all sorts of damage, oen women almost went blind because she never cleaned hers off metro.co.uk/2018/05/31/horrifying-photos-show-can-happen-dont-remove-mascara-properly-7593316/
Amen !! I'm going to school right now to get my makeup artist's license because I want to help people feel beautiful! Why break someone down who's trying to feel beautiful?!?!

@@richpanini5295 Thats not always true. Makeup is also art. Yeah, there are a bunch of girls and women who are so insecure they have to put on a full face everyday; but people like me do it too add a little glam to a look or something. I could walk out in makeup just as easy as I can without. I actually feel I look better the less I have on. Guys just don’t understand that makeup’s purpose isn’t always to hide some insecurity. It’s just something we do and it’s normal.
@@catenjoyer76 no thats the wikipedia defintion everyone knows xenophobia is specific to asian decent, also i am from asia but am pretty sure my english is good to understand hopefully
Also your Spanish is awesome??? Spanish is my first language and I’ve been watching you for years, never have I even noticed anything. I always understand everything you say and you’re polite which is hard for some people from English to Spanish because of the Usted and Tu difference. You always kill it. Never do you sound bad or rude by accident. You have nothing to worry about ever. Your heart says it all! Lol
Ohh my days!!! He doesn’t deserve to call himself a” make up artist “ I’ve just started watching after Robert Welsh a professional mua was so shocked & horrified at almost every aspect of the salon’s you were at!!! How do you get so close to your face & the “ pretend mua “ doing his job? Love watching you & subscribed now.
Kry Jodicke you could look at it that way, but the guy probably thinks it’s fine and ok to do to people which isn’t right.. especially since people are paying for the service
I know I’m gonna sound like I’m stereotyping here, but my family is from Guatemala and I’ve been there many times: sometimes Hispanic folks are brutally honest with how they feel in the moment and the way he was blaming her for the ugly job he did wasn’t that surprising to me. Again, I know not all Hispanics do this, but it’s not altogether that rare for this kind of an attitude to come out when they’re frustrated. 😅🤷🏻♀️
I feel he was kind of narcissistic because he would justify his bad makeup skills on you... implying "I do great makeup if its bad it was not because of me"
The beauty blender, the amount of times his fingers were on the face, the nasty mascara wand, the not sharpened and bacterious eyeliner pencil, the used liquid lipstick wand ETC. OH GOD I CANNOT.
I actually dont think you're supposed to use a blender on multiple people. Since they cant be sanitized. I feel like most of this crap shouldn't be used unless its disposable
I’m going to dissociate myself from being a professional makeup artist and just look at this as a consumer to not get beyond angry. 1. No artist should ever belittle or make a client uncomfortable 2. Never should they ever use the applicator of a product to apply, completely unsanitary. AND his hands weren’t washed, the brushes and sponge were not cleaned. 3. They should always swatch beforehand to test before applying foundation. 4. Always should be prepared with every product. This is YOUR JOB. I shouldn’t pay full price if you can not fully do your job. 5. MAKEUP ARTISTS, GET DISPOSABLE WANDS. DO NOT PULL ON SKIN/EYES. SANITIZE YOUR DAMN PRODUCTS.
You are so right xx I am have my own cosmetics business and id be mortified if any of the MUAs on my campaigns treated my girls like that totally disrespectful x MUAs should be experienced to work with every face shape, eye shape ect and its about empowering with the power of make up not belittling or making someone feel low about themselves x
I can’t believe he charged her so much to do her makeup and didn’t even ask her what type of look she wanted. He just assumed she wanted a vivid, unnatural look that a lot of people would be uncomfortable in.
The first and last time I went to a makeup "artist", said that my hair arch was annoying and didn't compliment my face, so she waxed it off. I have a heart shaped face, and after she waxed it off, I looked like I had a bald patch in my forehead, making it look square and ugly... few days later, I got loads of pimples where she waxed off, and was even worse.. omg... And she costed 300€ to do my hair and makeup.
Girl that’s a ripoff And I think you should start defending yourself when they are being rude to you. Btw I have to disagree with your brother ! The shadow is not blended at all!
She really should, not being rude back at them, but trying to answer in the most polite manner. This way they could either apologize and feel like shit for the rest of the day, or give her more proof against them.
And to think he was talking of *PERMANENTLY TATTOOING* some brows on her!😳 Could you imagine those brows being permanent!😱 It's bad enough most places try and pluck her brows. She lucky she even has any eyebrow hair left at this point lol. 🤣
If you tell him that you like it, he'll think he's good and never improve his skills, his ego will boost and he could be rude to others. I know you want to be polite, but sometimes the truth is more important. So next time point out what you don't like.
@@almagarza7028 You're not ignorant, you just don't know what it means, that's okay :) I'll explain it in another way too, someone else explained it but sometimes it helps to have another way of reading it. When someone says your loss they mean it in a kind of sarcastic or not too nice way. Sometimes it can be said in a nice way but it's more of a sarcastic response. It means fine, whatever, it is not going to affect me, It is only going to affect you. It is usually said when someone offers something and then the person rejects their offer. For example I hand you a sandwich and you say no thanks I say it's your loss or your loss or fine, your loss, or fine it's your loss. It does not affect me that you wont eat the sandwich. It also is used like the saying, fine, more for me. So you say no thanks to the offer of the sandwich and I say it's your loss, more for me. And then I eat the sandwich. Lol. Sorry my punctuation is bad and my grammar. I am too tired to type all proper lol.
@@judyd You both are! 💖 Btw Judy you need to speak up and defend yourself in such a situation like this. You pay them for looking good in a makeup... You provide their money! So... please honey... speak up! ♡
I love how Rebal hyped her at the end. She seemed so sad after all of the jerk makeup artist’s bullying and then he started calling her a queen and her mood completely lifted.
He has a neat arm tattoo at least.? Lol I absolutely love your content! Very different from anything thing else I've seen in the beauty community! Amazing job! Also, love your accent!
I don't get why people bully others for how they speak their language that isn't their normal language they usually speak. People deserve praise instead for learning a language! It's not easy. I honestly would feel honored/flattered if someone tried their best to speak in my language to me. It doesn't matter who you are, if you go to speak a foreign language, you're going to sound different and have an accent no matter what. People act all "high & mighty" over the most dumb shit, I swear.
