I went to the worst reviewed makeup artist to recreate a James Charles Makeup look! it was pretty... pretty worst rated oomph Follow me on Instagram: @joudi_d Business Inquiries : Judydbusiness@gmail.com
I mean honestly I dont know why people laugh. This woman is trying her best. She's most likely not used to current makeup looks. who knows. At least she tried
@@Miss_Distress don't you think its unfair that ppl are going there to get make up for occasions and coming out looking like that after paying heaps of money.. your not paying for her to be nice to you, that should naturally come with the good work
@@josephine4611 You're* And it doesn't matter, hun. They're pointing out pros and cons. Cons are already stated in this video, so they're stating the good things here. Most makeup artists reviewed like this are rude as all hell, super rough , and lacking in manners. They're being optimistic and saying she has potential to be a better artist. It pays not to be a Negative Nancy every step of the way.
@@savannahwiley4326 as you literally pick out spelling mistakes in my comment you Karen.. go pay for rubbish jobs ppl do for you, no ones stopping you.. my comment was respectful unlike yours you hypercrit..
She is not really good, but she deserves a lot of credit for her efforts. She tried to match the colours (and did better than a lot of other people you go to), she didn't have purple lipstick but 'invented' one to try to match the look, she respected the style even if the execution was not good. I think if she had a bit of training, she would be able to improve a lot, she's not starting from zero! She seemed really nice too 🥰
@@sharvariharbude1215 lol it sounds like a comparison to the other worst reviers she went to. In other videos they're often more rude. In one they were sharing nudes in the background and laughing about it, making fun of other customers, etc. Seems like they don't even try and sometimes wipe the whole face like a mop
Im a boy and I was really into makeup. I made my mom buy makeup (only 20$) and I made her makeup. I wasnt vey proud of her eyeshadow, but soon I realised it was good but my mom doesnt look good with eyeshadow. Her foundation, concealer and contour, great! When I saw this video I was sure it cant be worse than mine, but when I saw that contour... no. Im a certified makeup artist if this girl has a saloon in wich she does that.
@@havenmorales6240 she kinda reminded me of my abuelita so that made me feel more bad cause she seems like a really genuine person but it's just that she can't do make up:(
Yes , she seems super nice , but i as a makeup artist with 4 years experience on salon i steel having issues and don't charging full prices onestly i feel like she needs lots of practice and no charge for the service yet ... cause well and the lips ... well she don't supposed to use the lipstick like that and well the lips are the biggest fail on the makeup... but yes she do her best...
As a hairstylist, I find it disrespectful that this woman is claiming to offer a service that she doesn’t have the proper sanitary tools to complete or the training. It’s not right to charge someone for a service that you cannot carry out properly. I understand doing things different and having your own style but she clearly isn’t following state board and she did not do a good job. Sorry not sorry.
Jess Cruz Not saying it isn’t BUT some places just don’t give a f and sometimes depending where you are those rules aren’t enforced. I would’ve gotten up real quick when I seen that mess lol
@@0809lolita it’s a huge problem because the products that are counterfeit or knockoffs often (nearly all) do not put the ingredients that were used in the making. There has been many reports and stories from consumers buying on wish and got severe infections, and whatnot. Just think things like fungal infections, mercury, lead, arsenic, cyanide and even human urine and rat droppings. All makeup from the USA is tested and the FDA regulates beauty and cosmetic products and if it’s coming from outside they cannot protect the consumers. Meaning if you get an eye infection and loose an eye oh well, sucks for you. The website says it doesn’t sell any counterfeit products but it has been proven to be a lie. Just think that not only this MUA is using this makeup on you but they don’t know or are not educated on the buying of these products and the risk, and you have no idea that you are being put at risk for something that could cause serious injury. Lucas directly talked about using fakes or products that are not listing the ingredients. It’s a huge gamble to buy from Wish.
Sorry, good customer service? Half of what she asked was ignored? Like simple lashes and nothing in her waterline for example. That's not good customer service to me
@@ariistra195 the person probably meant the being nice part and not the other parts. Cause many of the places she goes to for worst review. The staff are usually very rude and not nice
right usually the artists that work at the worst rated places are rude AF to her , it’s clear that at least w this lady she’s just rated bad cause her makeup is bad 😭
@@ariistra195 customer service and quality of service are two different things. The quality of the service provided is what you're talking about and yes, it could use some work. The customer service however, was very good. She asked to see the picture again to make sure, did her best to create a lipstick color for the client, had good manners, and was respectful throughout the whole thing.
I’ve owned one of those white mascaras before. It’s basically a primer that adds length to your lashes with these little fibres. The regular black mascara you use afterwards is then supposed to tint the fibres. It’s a neat idea, but it usually results in quite a clumpy appearance in my experience
*One trick I swear by with those white lash primers is to never let the primer dry before you apply the mascara. If you're doing more than one coat of mascara, also don't let the mascara dry any between coats. I have **_MUCH, MUCH_** better luck keeping clumps away by doing these things.* 😘
I feel bad because she genuinely tried her best and you gave her a very difficult makeup look you knew what you were in for. However this makeup artist has no hygiene and does not know how to do makeup
That lipstick though...it made me squeamish seeing her apply it from the tube. It looked like Judi was dying a little inside when she realized what was about to happen.
True but she rubbed the foundation brush on her hand first and then put it back on the girls face 😬 like why not test it on the clients hand to make sure it matches before hand
But she might be nice but if your paying someone to do a service they need to do a decent or good job and like I’m not trying to be mean but she was being really unprofessional and it doesn’t look good like I’m 10 and i do better makeup 😭 like you have to practice
@@gabby8573 I wasn't even allowed to touch makeup when I was 10 and I'm 13 now and still am inexperienced so how? or are you just speaking video game wise?
@@arbenitgrazie306 I don't think they meant that there was anything wrong with Colorpop, I think they were just saying that the palette name and shades clearly don't match. Kinda like claiming that a palette is by, say, Jackie Aina, but the colors are from a completely different palette from a completely different brand, so it's obviously not her palette. It's the kind of stuff that just screams "this is a knock-off from Wish".
I feel like with the correct knowledge she would go far as a make-up artist . it’s a hard look to accomplish as it is and although she gets the assignment her skill can not deliver quite yet. Her kindness and willingness to be as close to the assignment as she can with the materials and skill at hand makes me root for her 🥺
no, she would never go far lmao. she has zero innate skill or talent for this as a professional and/or working makeup artist. You just feel sorry for her and/or think she’s nice/sweet.
When she started contouring her nose she looked like the nose of a jojo’s character . . . . Thanks for the 2115 likes it’s the first time I become famous 🥺 follow me on Instagram @jazzi.2005
After all the drama he deals with, it could be a breath of fresh air for him. Like at least this RU-vidr is not filled with troll haterade. She is real.
The fact that she seems so kind and maybe something close to soft, makes everything acceptable...thats what I thought but just with looking at the makeup again, I can't ✌💀
I don't know what shocked me the most: - the eyeshadow - the eyebrows - the "lipstick" - the contour - all the options above Edit: I can't believe I tried to edit the comment and Judy's heart went away, I'm crying
@@joeheart5808 The skill for that technique was not there though and she obviously doesn't understand how to mix shadow and gloss to create the colour.
She seems like a genuinely nice person but at the same time she shouldn’t be charging people for a job she seems to have no training for. She needs to respect what the costumer says I would’ve gotten scared/uncomfortable and left.
Omgosh!! I just ran across your videos and had to subscribe ❤. You are the most patient and tolerant woman I’ve seen on the internet… it’s refreshing to see ppl being kind even though inside you really wanna snap… 😂 I mean, I truly felt sorry for you in this one… my 6yr old niece could have done better … you keep on keeping on girl!! ❤❤❤
I seen a video and someone had the worst review makeup and on there prom and the boy dident want to go out tomorrow whith her no more and she started crying
even if she was trying her best, it’s supposed to show. she shouldn’t call herself a professional makeup artist if she clearly isn’t. the women also did stuff the client didn’t want her to do.
Has Judy ever went to a "Worst Reviewed" artist and let them use her make up instead of their used makeup? I wonder if the results would be different if they had better supplies and Judy's foundation shade lol
Well, I have seen someone make dollar store make look amazing and I even tried the make up on myself and knew it was bad/hard to use. Usually If the artist is good at what they do, they can create a masterpiece of even the worst materials. (IMO)
Right! I love her and her brother. There both amazing and so funny. But Judy be careful. I don't want you getting an eye infection or something girl. I'm praying for you boo. ❤
do you think people can see the future? maybe they just thought it would be easy or they're doing okay. like the way she kept saying "you look pretty/perfect" I honestly felt bad knowing that she thought she did a good job but others don't feel the same
Hi Judy I came across your channel from Robert Walsh and I must say im addicted!! I love it ❤️ I ❤️you!! Keep doing your thing my dear xo ps I think the white mascara was a primer I use it as well ❤️❤️❤️💄💋👄
I don't know why but sometimes I feel so bad for the artist. Like it turned out horrendous, but she seemed really kind in the process so I'm conflicted 😭😭
True, at the end of the day they're just trying to make a living and BTW anyone else think the title of the video is a bit clickbait? I mean she wasn't COPYING him she was just taking a request
But what about the glitter from the "primer" in the beginning? LOL, you are so brave! I just started watching and subscribed yesterday. I'm obsessed. You must take your vitamins and possibly daily antibiotics? Love these. The lipstick! Ugh..
