Elidibus mentions meeting us in Elpis when he sends us there, and we never met Elidibus during the MSQ or sidequests in the area.

The Phoinix is specifically a Lahabrea creation. There's even a short story about how they had to bring in Emet Selch to put it down since it accidentally got a soul and kept coming back to life

This place specifically is where they keep the most dangerous creations so they dont get out, the other creatures are kept in The lvl 87 zone

How do you know Themis isn't Elidibhs ye5? The only Ancients that wore white robes were retired Convocation members and the current Elidibus. Themis is wearing white, so either he is Elidibus or he held a different seat, retired, and got re-elected to a different seat, which doesn't seem like something they would do, considering how abnormal it is for a Convocation member to retire and keep living.

@@Ketsuekisan The White Robes are actually worn by those who are 'neutral'! We knew from flashbacks in 5.3 that when he became Elidibus he was greeted by Lahabrea and Igeyohrm and that he was very close to them both (the crystals he holds at the end of Seat of Sacrifice, during the "The skies are beautiful, but you're not here to see" quote belong to them especially), yet, he states in Pandemonium that he never met Lahabrea in person nor that he knows him personally! So either they contradicted themselves (but I don't think it's the case, honestly) or simply he hasn't taken the seat yet.
