Hey Suzy, to even cut costs more you can use chicken thighs instead of breast. It’s cheaper, more delicious and doesn’t dry out when cooked. Just debone the tights and chop the meat to bite size. The bones can be cooked within the sauce for additional flavour and removed when serving.
I batch cook, i clean using fly lady, i am done with househelp decluttering, made multipurpose soap, hand soap, etc, thanks to you. Baraka tele to you and your family

Whenever I batch cook I sauteed the onions garlic tomatoes etc in one big pot then I transfer to smaller pots where I add the separate spices ie beef masala etc,so what you call base I do that in one pot saves me time

Hey Suzy I love how you do your batch cooking. I want to start since cooking daily is a hustle where I am. Do you kindly mind telling us as you cook what ingredients you are using and showing us on camera. As you explain when cooking. I can’t tell what you have on all the different meals. Thanks.

While batch cooking saves times, its important to note that its advised to eat freshly made meals rather than frozen pre cooked meals to avoid non communicable diseases. It may seem a hustle making dinner but better save your health than a lifetime of medical costs
It is called koko cooker, two burner, it uses bio ethanol fuel, they have agents in Nairobi, Kajiado and kiambu who sell them as well as the fuel but upon your purchase the first two refills are free of charge.
Hey Winfred. It does have a slight smell, but not as bad as paraffin. And it is not smokey. But there's a ka-smell. I would still recommend it though. ☺️ Oh, the smell is not while burning, but just when you light it and when it goes off. So it is short-lived.
Thanks Suzy for Inspiring me. Actually I watch RU-vid and only comment on your channel. Because it has changed me. Batch cooking even reduces the dishes I use in every meal. I really need your review on jiko Koko. Thinking of getting one but wueh feedback za watu. Tell me yours I will trust it and go ahead
I have it myself for the last one year and eight months, some of those reviews are not honest, very efficient and much more economical compared to other sauces.
wow this so amazing, i operate with no helps and organizing my self has really helped me, but i didn't have an idea of this kinda batch cooking i just boil everything and put in the freezer but am starting to adapt kidogokidogo since my freezer isn't a big one, Asante
