[#AD] Where have all the theme songs gone? I teamed up with CBC to take a dive into their massive library of content and wrote 3 original theme songs for shows that I think you should get into. They are:
FRICK, I LOVE NATURE
STUFF THE BRITISH STOLE
THE SECRET LIFE OF CANADA (PODCAST)

I have no idea how you got a sponsorship from CBC but I'm very impressed. All of these were good, but "Stuff the British Stole" is the one that's going to be stuck in my head!

I can't agree with you more! My running theory is that Netflix ruined opening and ending themes. Before they would automatically skip them now at least you have the option, so I think most companies don't think it's worth the money to create them. Which sucks because they are some of the most loved and nostalgic bits of music out there. For example the Pokémon English-dub team made a ton of millennials cry last year and probably brought in a bunch of additional views.

Les derniers que j'ai entendu faire un theme song pour un poste de télévision canadien, ils se sont font mettre à la porte. Le directeur n'a pas aimé 4 saisons, 4 torchons. Il y a des employeurs qui ne comprennent pas la vision artistique de leurs employés. La magie du direct!

Very awkward British song given the fact that Canada is a Commonwealth country. In case you ever wondered how the other half ended up being English speaking Canada (which proved not to be easy) I'd rather not ask you about what the Dutch did in Indonesia and things that happened after they left. Love your travel videos though.
