I'm sorry for your loss. Just over two years ago I lost my Dad and three grandparents all in the same year. I know they're proud of you. I wish you the best in your life. Just remember it's ok to grieve and cry, some say crying is a sign of weakness but I disagree. It takes strength to allow your emotions to be seen. Surround yourself with loved ones, but also find time for yourself. If you continue to struggle, find a therapist, they help many get through these challenges. BTW... My nickname as a child was JerBear (saw that on your profile). Have a great weekend.

Bless you, I lost my mother in November last year and I now take care of my father because his dementia has kicked in from the loss off my Mother.... I so want this song performed at my father's funeral when he has passed. @chemistchaz I’m so sorry. Every situation is different, but I can understand and feel some of what you’ve been going though. My dad died the day after Valentine’s last year. My parents had been married a long time, and they still had dates. My mom started suffering some form of dementia. I’ll just say that last year was hellacious, but my mom is safe and she’s happy now. Hearing Iam sing Monsters earlier this year helped with finally being able to grieve my dad and start healing. Sending love and strength to you 🤍

@@KatHenderson. I can relate to your life due to the fact that my parents were married 64yrs before my mother passed. So on their Anniversary this year we had a family cookout to celebrate as if my Momma was here because that is what would be enjoyable to her as well. She always lived and enjoyed every moment with a smile on her face. She was the foundation of our family and I try my best to keep her traditions alive to see my father feeling comfortable with every event 🩷 Unfortunately my Dad's cognitive skills have weakened this year because he was busy taking care of my mother, he put his own health on the back burner that caused the down hill spiral. I have been very busy keeping him busy getting him all caught up on that this year. He has had cataract surgeries, neurology MRI, 6 teeth extracted and sinus surgery amongst a cat scan on his back. The results of the MRI and cat scan has changed his daily activities a whole 180 because he has always been very active and he is mentally drained of frustration because of life challenges. I am his caregiver 24/7 and I am just trying my best to keep everything positive in his presence. Everyone has their coaching opinions but everyone is too busy to lend a helping hand with every excuse to destroy the time they could spend now. Life boils down to this "I could have or I did" I will say that I did!!!!! God only knows what is going to happen in our future and our final days and he has the wheel 🛞 I follow his guidance and I will cherish every waking moment with my Daddy as I did with my Mother while helping my Father take care of her 🩷🩷 Bless you and Thank you for your comfort and I pray for your comfort in your daily Walk 🙏🏼🩷
