I cant wait to take mine, I live up in the north west, I will be doing mine with Manchester 500 group, I think its a fantastic thing that you guys do dedicating your time to teach and keeping the roads safe, thank you.
People like me waiting to do this test need to know what exactly is going through the observers mind. I need commentary from the observer and he's opinion on how a hazard or task should be addressed and what we should or shouldn't be doing. This video never really done that, sorry 😞
Ideally you are scanning as far ahead as you can looking for hazards. A hazard is anything on the road or anything likely to be of concern or danger. to need to maximise your safety bubble by using the P1,2,3 using the IPSGA method
Some of my favourite motorcycling memories are of observed rides with a the K.A.M.G.. Quite a few years past. Meet up was at a pub in Harrietsham. Past test at second attempt; examiner on both ocassions was Terry Friday, a.k.a. "The Screaming Skull." Passed test on a Honda 650 Z which I soon exchanged for a BMW R100 CS and continued further observed rides for the mutual benefit of observer (Andy Hubbard) and self. Considering doing it all over again 'cos although all principles are thoroughly ingrained and are a matter of habit, 'tis certain I've got a li'l rusty over the years. Probably. Maybe. Dunno 'til I give it a go, do I? 🐸
I watched some of your videos. You're not showing your riding skills at all but keep on bragging about how good you are and spewing hate about IAM and it's volunteers and employees. You clearly have some issues and I think you should get some help before you get sued by people you try to belittle. To me you're acting like a teenage girl that had a lollipop taken away from her. Who hurt you mate? PS don't bother to reply I'm not interested in your sad story.
