The NIST-Standards Kyber (ML-KEM) and Dilithium against quantum computing threats were strongly influenced by researchers from Ruhr-university Bochum (RUB) which is the only university in Europe with an over a decade old dedicated Bachelor and Master‘s Program for IT-Security. So i am frankly a bit disappointed they weren‘t mentioned at all here.
