Materials
500 g biscuits with vanilla or vanilla filling of your choice
400 g cream of milk
1 1/2 tablespoons of cocoa
1 sugar
70 g icing sugar
130 g vitamin
for decorating the cake
black and white couverture, and white couverture, cherry candy or whatever you like.
Execution
Put the cookies in a bag and with a spinner or something else, break the cookies, you don't want them to be crumbly, but not big pieces, put them in a bowl. Melt the vitamin in the microwave,and pour it into the biscuits,mix it well,leave it on the edge and whip the creams of milk which will be in the fridge for a day,you want them to be cold,add the icing,then the sugar which will also be in the fridge for a day. In another bowl put some of the cream of milk and add the cocoa, sifted and well beaten , with a spatula we pass the cocoa through the walls [see video] and we are ready to assemble. We put a layer of biscuits in a cup and we press it with a spoon or a glass as you like, this will be the base of our ice cream, then we put the white cream on top and then the cocoa cream on top and again biscuits here and there this time we don't press them and we alternate and finish with the white cream. We put it in the freezer to freeze it well and decorate it with whatever we want, I put black and white couverture that I finely chopped and cherry candy.
