So happy to find this! This wa the first show I saw that sparked my love for documentaries 🍦 I remember buying it at Pick 'N Save forever ago & it bring back so many memories!

This special was produced by WQED Pittsburgh and first aired on Tuesday May 28, 1996. The first airing brought in a 3.7 household rating, which is *huge* for PBS.

This is the 20 th anniversary of An Ice Cream Show for me 20 years later I still have the VHS of the special but now I can watch here. Thank you for bringing back the sweetest tastes special ever on PBS.

This show is from 20 years ago, and 1995 was like yesterday for me! PBS also did a Sandwich and Burger Show. Thanks for YouTubing it for us!!!!

With all the mayhem that happened at Penn State recently, I wonder what happened to the Peachy Paterno flavor.
