I agree. I was hoping he was going to bring her mother to the wedding. I've seen other of these weddings where they did that, and still had money for a classy venue. The groom is either very lucky with his bride, or not. Happy Wedding.
Charlotte honestly has the most positive & optimistic attitude I've seen out of all the brides on this show so far. Regardless of how the wedding turned out, she truly made the most of every moment & was constantly giving him the benefit of doubt. She had fun with the whole thing, including the scavenger hunt for the invite. I'm so impressed with her graciousness & gratitude. What a wonderful role model to their children. Sending them many blessings ✨️
Hen's party: Rugby. Ceremony: boy's sports hall. Reception: Rugby club. The poor Bride 😟 it's all Sports themed. He planned everything around a tacky fake ice aisle and she doesn't even enjoy ice skating. Her friend nailed it when he said "it's a nice wedding for someone who's into Rugby and a girl who's into a guy who's into rugby" 😂😂😎😎
I was wondering the very same thing? Artificial flowers from the florist, the dress and suits, several hundred each to rent the boys club and rugby club, no bridesmaids, it appeared that the dinner was potluck. Do they get to keep the money they don't spend? Down payment on a house?
That billboard ad with big narcissist photo of groom in Canadian Mountie costume, with horse, professional photographer, graphic design, and ad space - big ad space. $$$$$$$
Yeah, I thought they were required to use the money on the wedding but that was so cheap looking. Up there among the worst locations, probably THE worst.
This is the cheapest wedding so far. And the most thoughtless of the bride. Something to really welcome her to Ireland, and a warm place. A large pub with fireplaces even. Not all of us Canadians are skaters. Wishing them well.
One of the cheapest and worst weddings. I expected the money to be going to flying his mum. Everything was about him, and it was tacky. He was given the money to spend, so where did it go?
I've watched several of these wedding shows now and seems like the black men are better at knowing the bride and getting closer to what the bride would like and enjoy too.
Omg why did the lady in the dress shop not tell them that they need a tea length dress for an ice rink??? The dress is gorgeous, but it’s too long for skating
Wow, HIS SHARE?! Obviously, he thinks his share is the lion's share but he's a broke down lion. Wedding is an omen of how bad the marriage is. Both bride and groom are delusional. Pro tip - don't give all the milk away and have babies before marriage. Yeah, dude, you are proving how much you love yourself. She's nothing but his babysitter with benefits.
Ummm... Yeah... we canadians always seem to accept what's given instead of what we deserve. The only thing about this that was nice was the dress and the mountie invite. The rest was tacky beyond belief.
Okay I died laughing at the boys interpretation of a wedding/proposal! 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 "He won't plan a fairytale wedding, it'll be a little rough around the edges." I'm glad she is keeping things in perspective. She's right. Some guys don't pay much attention to detail. David: "I know fashion I just can't afford it." Me: *hysterical laughter* "Okay seriously if they ever get divorced (not saying I want them too. They seem like an awesome couple) I will go to Ireland (it's on my bucket list anyways) and marry him!" He really did good decorating the rugby hall to be "wedding reception appropriate" while respecting the fact that it is a rugby hall and should remain so.
He could have done kilts, bagpipes the whole thing. What a shame he decided to get inspiration from a hockey team. I would like to see an itemized statement please, I feel he didn't spend it all.
That tying the knot scene was super weird because those ribbons are there as a commemoration of all the people that jumped off the bridge here in Galway...
So ridiculously tacky and cheap. Only thing he spent on was billboard. Fly mom in to deliver invite as the Canadian. Rugby was so tacky and skating? Canadians not all about skating. Want ice do winter theme. So few guests could have amazing venue. Or maple leaf do the leaf and not hockey. Fall theme with leaves and such. Use red color but rusty red. Have pub with fire feel. Try to get poutine or some other Canadian touches in food.
The dress was pretty, the Mountie sign was neat. With all the Canada flag theme going on they could have had a warm summer , Dominion day theme :red lace dresses/burgundy with maple leaf brooch/white with embroidered maple leaves on voile, cherry tomatoes salad, grilled chicken/zucchini/sweet corn (off the cob)/asparagus/pickled asparagus /cukes, tarragon potato salad,penne/pasta salad, strawberry shortcake, berry punch. She liked the castle idea,he might have taken inspo from the Chateau de Frontenac, hotel in Banff, ice sculpture festivals, crepes, basil salmon and rice, cheeses, maple syrup mousse, and Churches. Aurora Borealis could have been done with some Christmas floodlights . Northwoods cabin theme, birch bark art, soapstone carvings, amethyst bridesmaid dresses, Muskoka chairs, strand lights/lanterns, sunset lake scenery with loons, and a canoe for favors or drinks. I love the combination of Victorian, classical nautical/gallions/schooners, Celtic, rural maritime, Anne of Green Gables. L.M. Montgomery home is known for a lot of Japanese visitors. I guess UK/ Europeans think of Toronto hockey when they think of Canada.
Why do the brides not know that you put your engagement ring onto another finger so the wedding band is placed onto the finger so it is closes to the heart. You then put your engagement ring in front of the band.
