Due to the waiting for track links to dry I decided to dig into this little beauty and see what she goes together like. It also gives me a chance to show you how I do wood.
I am building some postapocalyptic WW2ish dieselpunk scenery, and I love ICM. So many parts I don't need for the kit, and I don't even need all the parts they want me to use. This kit was used to make the ladys of the night shelter, not a running car but a hut on pallets, that said: beginners that want to build this beware. Good instructions and great kits, but 12 years old me would really fcuk this one up...
I'm just going through all your videos. Wood looks fantastic a great effect. Plus just love the way you go about your modelling many thanks for your time you dedicate to show us what you are up to. Mat .
Nice, I have 5 of the ICM Model T variants on order, just doing them as ornaments, painting them in Tamiya gold leaf and mounting them on a base. Done the Model T fire truck with crew and looks great.
Excellent episode Nigel, the wood texture tip and painting was very helpful.using oil will you have any probs glueing contact areas? Will wait and see your episode for answer.
