@@shroom_ie3301 Well Gino is basically saying to Holly that she's making a ridiculous comparison, but Holly and Phil lose their shit because "if my Grandmother had wheels, she would have been a bike," is just such an ABSURD sentence. The usual go-to version of the saying in the UK is "if my auntie had balls, she'd be my uncle", but my understanding is that the bike version is a loose translation of the Italian version of the phrase
@@shroom_ie3301 The British translation of calling someone a bike is calling them a prostitute. Because bikes are ridden, and sex, and y e a h. It is NOT the absurdity of the sentence like every non british person tries to say. It's not funny because it's random, it's funny because Gino called his grandma a prostitute. It would not get that reaction from Holly and Phil if it was just "random"
@@uselessgay2856 nah he's got a phobia of blood, think he explained it on a video it was a genuine reaction that even the smallest amount just sends him
Nah that last clip did make me feel a bit sick. The way the woman reacted when she thought someone died is exactly how I reacted when I found out my friend passed. It's an incredibly raw reaction and even though the dude was okay I feel a bit sad that they aired that yk
the woman is also a famous(?) American reality TV star New York (aka Toffany Pollard) who is known for over the top reactions. not saying that it wasnt a real reaction, just that her reaction and confusion fit her character.
@@kaemincha ngl the way that woman told Tiffany David was dead was so dramatic, "You can't tell anyone...David's dead" like it was some big conspiracy, she was expecting a big reaction just based on the way she said it. All she had to do was say "my ex-husband" at any point. I know Tiffany's dramatic but I think she had reason to be in that situation tbh. Plus if you've literally been living in a house with someone called David for weeks at least clarify what David you're talking about. I'm not saying Tiffany's not dramatic herself but if that blond woman didn't try to be so "skull and bones" cryptic, aka dramatic for no reason, that situation wouldn't have even happened imo, Tiffany would've been sympathetic to her but she wouldn't have gone straight to tell everyone about it like that.
@@archerymidnight3422 its more akin to 'OO' in English (As in room), take the word Cwrth for example. Ive never heard it pronounced or even spoken it as a 'uu' sound and I use Welsh daily.
@@digitalharmony26 He wasn't British -and was Liza Minnelli's ex-husband. Look up their wedding photos with Michael Jackson and Liz Taylor - people were saying they looked like The Addams Family :-O
It amuses me because Joe fainted for real, you can tell and the only reason he didn't hit the ground hard was because he already had someone next to him who could hold him up and let him down gently. Contrast with Jillian who faked her fainting, had no one holding her, "fainted" gracefully instead of hitting the ground like a sack of spuds and even had time to re-position her hand into the stereotypical fainting damsel position.
As someone who is from donegal the northern irish bloke has a super clear accent to me amd alot of people here especially the farmer have wayyyyyyyyy thicker accents
Fun fact for you, that northern Irish lad is 24 now and was recently found 4km out at sea surrounded by dolphins after getting swept away while swimming
@@kirstyreid6966 yea i haven't been to ballya much but im sure it does have a thick accent but all depends on whether they are a farmer or livin in the town
That accent is strabane and Its still in the uk as it is in Northern Ireland and I live a few miles from strabane and can barely understand them half the time but the frosbit guy is a mad man he nearly drowned fairly recently but was apparantly saved by dolphins or something and he did the ice bucket video and it is a gem
@@ethanbutler7866 No, that is just wrong. People from Northern Ireland can call themselves Irish, Northern Irish or British if they want to, yes I know they're not on the island of Britain but they're still called British
@@aarushimahajan205 whenever you try to point something out to someone/call them out on something but instead of just accepting the facts they try to justify it using hypothesis of how it could've gone right. It basically tells them that if we hypothesize about results then anything is possible but it just isn't reality
The frostbite guy ended up trying to swim to a light house which was like 10km away and he ended up getting surrounded by dolphins when he was rescued by a helicopter after a really long search for him
I think Irish dude says. ‘Well my mother says I had to go. Didn’t have much choice in the matter, but sure.’ And ‘oh god you wouldn’t be long getting frost bite’
2:30 i have to ask though, how is this funny? like, he's still making people uncomfortable and ignoring their protests of "no, stop." it doesn't matter if it was supposed to be a ruse or a joke, he's still making people, and mostly women, uncomfortable for no reason.
