This company is Not capable to help with such a important task , they have misleading information about their support services & do not have all the steps needed to complete the task that they have been given the huge responsibility of many struggling American's . On top of a incompetent company the deadline given to many to complete the processing of proof if your identity, they make it impossible to finish when your not instructed properly !!!! I'm still waiting for my payments for months. The whole Georgia unemployment is a joke. The whole GA unemployment needs staffing we can't even speak to a live representative and when you email them they never call back.
@@deejay5102 I actually got to speak to someone so from my case filed on april 10th I can't believe I have to wait for Sept. For a decision to be made. I am disgusted at this so called system in place. I am a single mother doing it on my own forced to go on food stamps to be able to feed my kids but where will we go when we get kicked out of our homes because they dont even have any type of housing assistance in the county I'm in. How do we keep our sanity in these times of needs. Thank God I had some savings. Will be forced to take a underpaying job just to survive.
I think third party companies who get government bids to provide this type of service is a slap in the face to all Americans. There's not way to try to make changes in the middle of a major crisis. Shoot first ask questions last. The problem i believe is that DOL is short of staff and short of cash so they are creating more delays. It's embarrassing to hear that Comptrollers are quitting their jobs because of the level of stress that's coming along with this pandemic.

I give up!!!!!! It's been since March and not a penny I'm soooooo done. I'm ashamed of myself but I even got sucide thoughts came close to doing it. I haven’t received payment in 3 months. I finally got the verify email but there is NO PLACE to answer the security questions OR upload an Id. This is so shitty
@@indiyae1 i just clicked all the links in the email from the department of labor. One of them took me to the correct page. I was able to verify and should get a follow up email in 2 days. I reached out on Twitter yesterday and they responded this morning. Good luck to you!!
I had 5 weeks left on my claim then out of nowhere they said to "verify my identity" and I haven't been able to fix it since. Sent photos of my ID, Birth Certificate, SSC, etc and nothing. I'm about to get evicted in less than 3 weeks and I was heavily relying on my unemployment to help get me through this. My taxes also haven't come in yet and I filed March 3rd. The states and government needs to get on this shit already people are struggling.
I live in New York I did the verification process in April even though I was collecting since December 2020, I’d me registered. me,but I can only so far on their website. I forgot to scan the back of my drivers license. The labor department told me about this I am trying to get I’d me to let me resend it all I get is how overwhelmed they are if that’s so they should be fined for failure to keep their end of the bargain for their incompetence.

Why is no one calling me for my video call? My wait time has been :Less than 1 minute" for over a hour! Wait time itself isn't an issue. Everything seems to be automated with this customer service and when you finally get to the end of the queue it just disconnects. This is only my second time doing taxes and I feel absolutely betrayed by my own government that they want to get an even bigger piece of what little I make through near-criminal tactics like ID me. It's ridiculous they don't offer a phone service at ALL. Why would my government choose this as the process if they didn't just see me as an opportunity for more money.

@@mikebutler7121 I had to wait 6 weeks to get my new ID. After verification it took another 3wks after ID verified. Verified on 4/26 unemployment on 5/10 said they received verification another week after that. I got $5200 in back unemployment payments.
@@youngslycetrill I used a debit card. They sent debit card when it was approved. If you have direct deposit set up it will go in. Within 3 days of posting what my payment was it was on debit card.
In Virginia, this is the same exact thing! Website system is trash. Customer service is Mostly trash. Bureaucrats passing the blame. Seems like something could be up.

I'll give yas an idea of the hoops you have to jump through. ID ME says "take a picture of your drivers license". OK, simple enough... I'll just snap a picture... Oh wait, I have to line up my DL with the little 'box' thats on the phone camera. Hmm, I have to hover the phone camera over the DL close so the DL fits into their little 'box' for the picture, OK easy enough right ?? Snap picture... picture gets rejected. No bright enough. Ok, lets try again and take another picture... hover phone over DL(phone casts shadow over DL), snap the picture and NOPE... 'too much glare' they say. So... lets snap another picture... so I get out some lamps and no matter how hard I tried, I still cast a shadow on my DL... and hence another rejected picture. Remember... you have to have the camera close enough to the DL so the DL fits into their little 'box' on the camera app. So... lets try it again... doesn't work, more BS about lighting, so... lets try it again.... and again... and again.... OMG it finally accepted the picture on the front of the DL !!! Yay, I did it !!! Now wait... it wants a picture of the BACKSIDE of my DL too !!?? Ok... and the process repeats itself over and over... I take 20 pictures of the backside of my DL before they finally accept it, I did it !!! Nope. Now they want a selfie picture of me... first picture they didn't like, of course they said it was the lighting, even though it was perfect and bright and my head was in their little 'box'. So after taking 20 more selfie pictures for them... none of them worked and I give up for a few days, so god damn frustrating. Fast forward another few days and I go through the whole damn picture taking bullshit for another few stressful hours to finally have them tell me "nope, no good". Pissed off, I give up. Until I try it again a few days later. I'm getting better at taking pictures of my DL now, it only takes me 18 tries per side now instead of 28 tries before the accept it. But as always in the final stage of getting verified, after 100's and 100's of pictures of me and my DL, I got all three pictures to go through, one pic of the front of my DL, one pic of the back on DL and a selfie, all 3 pictures done like that asked, so what do you all think happened next.... they approved my 3 pics on the app and I get to the final step and..... they tell me 'your ID can not be verified, and give me another phone number to call. I'm an old man, outside in god damn December, trying to take pictures of my DL. Please please please make me a case study on how bad this system. Someone please sue the hell out of this company too.

I have been waiting for over three months to collect unemployment benefits my phone information was stolen I cannot retrieve my old email that is on file with Unemployment I’ve been asking for over three months to find someone that can give me the answers to change my email that they have on file to a noon email and I can’t get nobody to help me nobody they said ID may I went there I changed my email to probably primary still nothing can’t get no one on the phone they say they’ll respond back through emails and they don’t and even when they do they send you information that is not helpful it all resorts back to your password and an email that you already have on file in which I don’t even know anymore it’s just a joke and ridiculous over three months I have money sitting there and I can’t collect it New Jersey has become a big joke is governor is a big joke
