Should this just start counting your steps once you have downloaded the app and paired to the device?

HOw do you reset to zero every morning...it still shows my steps from previous day and adds to that.

the one I got. I will charge the battery at 8 AM. will charge up for 2 to 3 hours. I'll wear it before noon. By 12 midnight the battery power is done. 12+ hours battery life. You can't use it in your sleep time.

I have an X beside the Bluetooth icon ? I have tried everything to find info on how to reboot this band to trying different Apps.. I tracks the steps, Km,Cal, and that it is, the time can not be changed or the date , basically useless.... Has anyone else had an X beside the Bluetooth Icon?
