You should note that "VerFit Pro" is required (vs VeryFit 2.0), for some of these, possibly depending on the phones' Bluetooth. We were unable to get it to connect, with 2.0, but (after many, many attempts), we downloaded the Pro version, and it worked fine, syncs/settings/more.
For the alarms to work, does the watch have to be connected to the smartphone via Bluetooth all the time? Or do the alarms sound on their own without dependency on the phone?

I bought my id115 smart band 2 months ago. I loved that you could just charge it in a USB port. I'm very sadden that after 2 months it doesn't work anymore. it won't charge anymore. I don't recommend a product that doesn't last longer than 2 months
Dear Carmela, Most of the Genuine suppliers provides 1 year replacement Warranty on the Smart Bands. Since your smart Band is just 2 months old so it should be well within replacement Warranty. These are small and complex Gadgets which is still evaluation face, so there may be possibility of technical defects. Chances are Lithium ION Battery may have lost the connectivity with chipboard which is connected with hair thick wire. Lithium ION Battery life is atleast 2-3 years (500+ charging cycle) and it does not suddenly die. Please work with your supplier, they should be able to replace the smart band. Thanks RCE
You need one time connection with phone to setup the smart band according to your requirement. once it is configured, smart band can work independently.
Bluetooth isn't working! Phone and band is both fully charged, Bluetooth on, and still doesn't work. I rebooted both devices, still not working. Please help! I really need to change the time and I wanna track my sleep.
Date and time can only be updated from application and Smart band gets connected with app. please unpair ID115 from Bluetooth (if paired) and connect directly to application (keep phone bluetooth on) ..

Dear Sharan, The tab used indeed purchased from Aliexpress and Android OS got crashed. Since tab/mobile OS is dependent on Board and Processor, we didn't get yet. Don't buy any tablet / phone from China where you don't get the OS copy separately otherwise the day it crashes, it will be useless and to be thrown in dust bin. Thanks RCE
We also checked in Mobile market, they clearly said that they can't do until Mother board details and Processor is known. Even then there are chances that OS not work, if they have any chip duplicate... So buy local brand in India, where service center is available. Yo may pay few bucks extra but worth. Do subscribe Video. Require your assistance.
Use Chinese website www.aliexpress.com for metal strap, if available. There is no other place, where you can get such. Note - Delay delivery and custom charges may also be the part of according import rules.

there are a little pieces of plastic on both sides of the tab that inserts into the USB port. Are these to be removed ? It does not seem to be charging, is that the problem?

Please restart your smart band to reset the Bluetooth 4.0 LTE and Also iPhone. some time Bluetooth LTE hangs , which may cause the problems. Thanks RCE
If you have done that then Smart band needs to be reset completely, which either possible via application or draining the battery completely once. BLE may have hanged in the Smart band. Please check, if it is working with some other mobile phone, if you have the option. Thanks RCE
How do I order a other black band. I just got mine and I was charging it and my puppy got a hold of the part of the band that has the silver buttons on it and he ate it. I haven’t even been able to wear it yet. 😓😓😓😓
This band is introduced about 3 years ago in market (look a like of Fitbit smart band). IT worked really well for long time. Since lot of manufacturer moved to color screen band but this ID115 is still holding good. I agree that Application is still legging quality but provide adequate support for fitness purpose.
@@camiparker6653 its crap actually very disappointed with it. You cant reset the calories to 0 before starting a fitness session. It resets its self after 24 hours. The heart rate monitor is inaccurate..
It's not recording my steps normally. If I walk really fast then it will record, but will reset back to 0 right after, and doesn't add to my daily total. How can I resolve this problem?
This is unusual problem which usually does not happen. Step count rest goes 0 at 12:00 night. Kindly reset the Smart band from App try again. Thanks RCE
Dear Patricia, Check if smart band is visible in mobile bluetooth (Kindly don't pair in mobile bluetooth). If not visible - then restart both band and mobile. If yes then make sure that it is not pair in phone bluetooth, go to application as given in user manual and bind from app.
ear, Please verify application name from band user Manual. There could be a possibility that Smart band works with different app. Please check the following steps - 1) Is band Visible in Phone Bluetooth? No- Restart your Phone once and check the OS version. 2) Is it pairing with Phone bluetooth ? No - then follow the step one. 3) If band is pairing with Bluetooth but not visible in Application - check the application name from user manual, restart your band once try 3-4 times to register in application. 4) if not registering with App? - Reset the Band by draining the complete Battery and try again. Bluetooth client connection in Smart band gets free when you restart band. So there should not be any issue on connecting with other phone application. Reset option is available from application however you need to connect first. or drain the complete Battery, it will reset automatically.
1) Connect with your old phone, if available.. Un-bind it from Application. 2) register the Smart band with new phone. Or 1) Switch off / complete Battery drain of smart band once. then charge and register with new phone. Kindly do subscribe the my youtube Video.

@@RCEnterprises I have tried this on at least 20 attempts with different apps but still not working...X is still beside Bluetooth symbol and watch won't bind or pair.
Dear GD, When we stopped selling this band, it was Veryfit 2.0 application and band was working fine. We still have few stocks and my bands are working with Veryfit app.
Please let me know, is it displaying any battery symbol on the screen when charging.. if not try touch screen button while charging. if still not displaying charging symbol...... battery may have gone bad or mobile adapter is not wrking properly
Yes, It works stand alone. You need to connect with application when Date/Time and feature activation/deactivation to be done. Else it can work stand alone and can hold upto 7 days of records and then over writes.
Dear Jonas, Kindly restart your band, it will reset the bluetooth, if anything creating problem. If you have option to check from any other mobile phone.
