Some lawyers analyzed those jury questions: they are accecptable because the survey gives away what we "already know"; they don't give away what we don't already know. And there is much we don't know about the case evidence.

The survey managed by them caused Mr. Thompson to make a confession of the lie information about Bryan stalking one one of the girls which has been circulated the whole time till now! This confession is priceless! How else in the world it could be done at this point of the case. It should be counted as a big win for defence team. Of course, Mr. Thompson didn't say it for positive reason but he said that out of anger he couldn't manage. He tried to ruin Mr. Adelman but in fact he did the biggest to benefit of the defence team and the defendant! It's more than a year since the idaho prosecutions have tainted the public's thoughts against Bryan Kohberger through some disgusting social media channels like Nancy Grace and Ashley B. and some individuals like Jennifer K. Now Bill Thompson concerns about some lie information against Bryan !!!!!!!! Oh my god, this reminds me of the the wolf worries the lamb being chased by jackals. there was NOT anything on that survey that was NOT already in the media and on a dozen podcasts AND this is common practice with cases that need a change in Venu....They do this to show evidence. of the need for the change of venue!!!!

Bill T's primary objection to the surveys is that some of the questions contained information that wasn't validated information. But ANY INFORMATION broadcast in Laytah County (valid or not) is FAIR GAME for the Defense to use in their methodology (AND LAWFUL MANDATE) to measure FOR Bias. And THAT is the core problem with Bill's legal argument here - the SURVEYS MUST (BY LAW) measure for MEDIA INDUCED Bias in Laytah County. The Survey's aren't measuring for "validity" of information - it's measuring for BIAS. Therefore, the survey queries in question CANNOT TAINT a potential Jury pool. The Media broadcasted a specific narrative for months on end, and it is scientifically & empirically appropriate to use their reporting AS IS to assess for Bias in the Laytah County population. To say otherwise would be to mandate that we never test for Media bias in any potential Jury pool population ever. Keep in mind that this survey methodology has been used FOR EVERY DEATH PENALTY CASE up to this point. Are we really going to reverse a long laid legal precedent founded in Jury integrity JUST OVER THIS ONE CASE? This query methodology was fine for every case & Trial prep that's EVER HAPPENED.... in all 50 states.. ...EXCEPT this one??? Right now?? All the sudden??
