how many times have we heard when a serial killer is caught. His friends and neighbours will be shocked as he was such a nice guy who would help anyone in their community.

The killer is just going on with their daily life, probably pretending to be “shocked” like everyone else

This case is so disturbing. Literally every single person in this case is a suspect its creepy. These poor families need justice.

If the person is psychopathic they lack identifying human empathy and emotions; so do not expect the killer to feel guilt or pain for these murders; I was a nursing supervisor for forensic units; I have seen how cold, lacking of remorse, and manipulative these psychopathic killers are…

A psychopath has no guilt and acts completely normal

The killer is holding on to a terrible secret as is the people who know who the killer is

Or, because they were so close to the victims, their odd behaviour is excused as grieving 😕

This is definitely someone that was close to them.

Something that I just can’t wrap my head around: Surely, at the very least, someone noticed cuts on a loved one/acquaintance around that time? I find it hard to believe that this person saw no one - family, coworkers, or otherwise - for several weeks while they healed. You don’t walk away from a knife fight unscathed.

Or the person started off with lack of empathy and psychopathy hence they won't display any behavioral changes...

I imagine a psychopath with no conscious would exhibit any signs of guilt.

Don't be so sure this guy is acting any different. When he was done he wasn't all of the sudden gonna think OMG what did I do? He knew exactly the damage he was going to inflict.

This guy is not a serial killer, I don't think. He is a friend, associate known to their circle who was triggered by some combination of emotion, and humiliation, that led to rage probably because the person who triggered this is so close to him. The other deaths may have been collateral damage as they recognized the killer. But then again, there's no way to know. I think he's back to himself, but carrying this heavy albatross of an unspeakable crime and rationalizing it to himself as "they pushed me to this, this isn't who I am." But, yeah, it is. It's just so horrible all around.

Not a serial killer. This is a crime of passion and anger at someone, a narcissistic pattern if I can’t have you no one will. Possible mother issues too!

I wish they'd release the behavioral profile of the offender.

Whoever did this had a timeline and I can even bet he/ she/they planned it for a while. Why do it right before a major holiday? Why do it right before graduation? Because they knew there would be changes on campus where people would not notice an absence. Changes where this murderer could mask certain behaviors such as relief for sadness or indifference as PTSD. I think the person / people responsible for this will be a surprise to many. I can’t wait for the truth to be brought to light and some sort of justice for the families. The families will never have their children back but I hope one day at least this monster can be put away forever.

This is not a serial killer and they are so irresponsible for saying that. This is someone that knew those girls very well and had been in that house before they felt comfortable in that house. This is a crime of passion fueled entirely by emotion. The person responsible is hiding in plain sight.

I'm still confused on how 2 ppl slept through all of this...or why they called a friend over...or how they thought someone was unconscious instead of dead...I can only imagine how terrible this crime scene was. I would have ran out while on the phone with 911! Or be afraid the killer may be in the house...its very strange behavior 🤔

A sheriff commented on the FBI profile. He said the profile is a total waste of time as far as picking up a criminal suspect. You can't read the profile and then detect and arrest him. After you make an arrest, you can check out and compare him to the profile out of curiosity.

Interestingly the person you’re describing is Darrell Brooks. Obviously he didn’t participate in this tragedy, but he’s the type. Watching his trials revealed so much to me about this type of person who has no moral compass.

This killer is a Frat Boy or student that had a grudge against one or two of the victims in my opinion!!

The fact the killer was able to even think about doing what was done but actually following through makes me think the killer lacks empathy, care or love. I doubt remorse is felt and is probably doing life unaffected.

The thing is, almost ANY person living near campus would be acting "differently" after this massacre near them. The killer, if local, could mask his anxiety or guilt with feigned upset over the tragedy.

And what about the ex-boyfriend who drove 500 miles to his parents' cabin the night of the murders? Apparently parents and everyone thinks that was perfectly normal behavior?!!?

Changed his appearance, he was a blond ,after the murders ,he dyed his hair dark and grew a darker beard ,and in the Delphi murders they asked the public ,to notice if anyone changed there looks ,to let law inforcement know ,so that's exactly Jack D. How did the two girls not get harmed? I can't imagine how they feel. Waking up to what they saw. There families I can't imagine their feelings. I sure hope this doesn't go on to be a cold case. That person or persons need to be put away

The roommates or the property owner are the one's on my list of suspects. No way they didn't hear or see anything.

It's likely someone who's hidden the fact they are a psychopath for years. Some of them can blend in. If they've done this before or planned it for a while then they will be expert at putting a mask on for the world. If no conscious or empathy then they won't exhibit signs. They will possibly be content and unphased. Or if it is a person who's snapped maybe they have threatened their loved ones to be quiet or end up the same 🤔

I want to know why we don’t have any footage /pics of the bodies being removed from the home?? No Hearst, no ambulance, when did the bodies come out of that house???

The killer could even be a butcher, or someone who likes to hunt! One of the girls was a waitress, so it could be a client who had a crush on her, maybe he even asked her out and she turned him down! 🤔

For anyone making very good points on it possibly being Kaylee 's ex wouldn't the cops have has to search his place already if they thought in any way it could be him? We are 5 weeks out and by now he could have gotten rid of anything and everything pertaining to the murders. God comfort and strengthen these families and give wisdom and direction to the everyone involved in trying to solve this horrific case. Prayers continue 🙏.

The longer this goes unsolved, the more I think it was a serial killer

My gut feeling hasn't stopped telling me that it is either the 2 roommates or someone the victim (s) had been around 1 to 60 days prior to the murders.

Should more than one person be considered? How could one person take out four people, especially if some of the victims had defensive wounds?

Serial killers all have a modus operandi.....kinda of a signature. Nothing in this case released by law enforcement leads towards a serial killer.

I honestly only see Jack S as a suspect because he simply disappeared within hours of being with the girls. His family takes a trip to Kenya every November. He left in the middle of the night to their second home. He had time there to clean up and then leave with them on that flight. It’s a weird time to leave for a college student. No one is answering questions about where he is now, or what car he drives. If I was either of the Jacks I’d be clearing my name publicly.

A monster capable of such atrocity is not capable of remorse or guilt.

I don't think this person is really around other people. It wouldn't surprise me if he was an outdoors type, hunter, and lives in the mountains alone, maybe even a camper/bivouacker. Ex military or law enforcement background.

Someone had some defensive wounds and would probably show alot of energy and seems happy or gloating of some sort. He is proud he has eludes LE this long.

Now, I want all of you to quit saying anything to me about me doing it. I've got car exactly like that, and I live a block away from 1122 Kings Rd. But, I wasn't even there at the time, or I was packing around that time. I decided to take an early break for thanksgiving. So, couldn't be me. I had already packed, showered, and left by time all of this stuff happened.

The killer better keep his mouth shut; or else he’ll be arrested; and charged with murder; and he’ll be sentenced; and placed in a maximum security prison for life! He’ll probably be facing death threats from his fellow inmates for his entire time spent in prison.
