Hey Sophie! Thanks for another enjoyable vlog. I’m watching while currently getting over jet lag - flew back to England (Macclesfield) to spend the week with my dad who’s not been well. I honestly don’t know how you do it, I always feel so gross for a few days after a long flight. I don’t know how you walk to the gym and then do a 2 hour workout!! 😮 summers in Dubai are just brutal. As for your hair - screw the curly girl community! Your hair is gorgeous & who cares how you get it that way. I have incredibly frizzy hair, verging on Afro & I have never found a way to create pretty curls so most of the time I either straighten it or wear it up. You’d think after 38 years I’d have figured it out ONE DAY 🤞🏼

I have been so busy doing maid of honor duties and trying on dresses for my sister my parents have gone to NZ so i am home in Melbourne with my sister and her fiancé and we are going to get up to mischief but but being good at the same time they are gone for a week oh my goodness you were so cute when you were little and here you are now a beautiful woman and doing things that you love doing i hope you are well Sophie xxxxxxx❤

I love audiobooks, can listen on the bus to and from work, walking to and from work, in the car and at home. I do read the occasional book in my kindle app on my phone as I don’t have a kindle.

You have really unusual working hours, so morning can be any time! I didn't find it strange at all that your morning started at 11 something. I really enjoy seeing how other people get their workouts to fit with their lives. It's a great reminder that you can always fit it in, no excuses.

I was once in Birmingham, years, ago, and I was in a hotel and I bumped into someone I used to work with who was working at the hotel. You couldn't have done that if you tried. I hope your next day flight went well

I agree with you about people being judgmental. I have wavy hair and I use a shampoo and conditioner from my hair dresser which has made my hair soft. But can u recommend what I should use to define my curls like yours.

After they ‘damanged’ my hair I used a head and shoulders to clear everything anyway that they put in. An started again. Curly hair shampoo personally doesn’t clean my hair or scalp properly

Totally agree on the curly thing! I'm a Tresemme girl, and scrunch it with mousse.....job jobbed!!!! Audio books are my go to for falling asleep at night, I just put it on sleep timer and off I go. Last time I did the 13hr flight to KL, I didn't watch a single movie, just the map and my audiobook 🤣 I'm such a saddo

Hey Soph,how are you? Quiet a story you got there& just by chance that you met right before he moves,how lucky. That curly hair toxicity you talking about is probably out there for all hair types. People just need to understand that different things work out for different people and its ok if ine person is doing something completely different from you.
