A Bobcat's trail width ranges from 3" to just a wee bit over 5". So, the trail width measurement in the video falls within that range.
A territorial or scent scrape is common Bobcat behavior. The wild cat urinated on the pile of forest litter it made. Then it uses its urine scent to communicate with other Bobcats in the area.
I did take a whiff of the scrape to see if it smelled of cat urine, and yes it did! Strong smelling.
So, I was able to determine the scrape in all likelihood was made by a Bobcat.
