Thanks for the valuable information. There is one correction though: the origin of pointed arches is from Sumer Mesopotamia (ancient Iraq). Islamic civilization introduced the Sumerian pointed arches to Europe.

Roman and Romanesque architecture is not the same. And it's nonsense to say that Romanesque arches are not christian. Really - Romanesque arches are even more christian than Gothic arches.
