Very educational video! I didn’t realize how little I knew about stones. I will say I was able to guess the ones that were not real🤗Ty for doing this video! 💕

Don't understand why this video has been viewed so little. Especially, with the jewelry box trend. I salute you and you are my friend!

Excellent job on the video! There's so much information you could have said about each stone but I think you did great covering the 'basics' because as you stated the video is meant to help aid in identification, and it did just that. Hope you continue with your information video's as well as your jewelry hauls and unboxings.

Good for you for doing this, but the big turquoise piece is actually chips in resin. Another way to test turquoise/howlite is use a scratch stone. With howlite the color will come off. And magnesite is usually magnetic! Funny, the 3 mines you mentioned are all in Arizona! Amethyst with citrine is called ametrine. Only found in Bolivia. Lots of fakes around cos it's rare. Unscrupulous ppl will heat amethyst till it turns yellow and call it citrine. I also learned just yesterday that if you get malachite wet it releases toxic fumes! I knew cutting it was dangerous but just getting it wet? Nice tip for Jade, ID'ing it is a nightmare. A lot of it is dyed. TFS 💖🦅🦅

@@MoonstoneMamas I hope ppl will take heed of your advice. My jeweler I usually go to, they've become useless. Cos they're fine jewelry and I don't buy. Oh well.
