if I am doing solar powered lighting project for apartment who can be stakeholders in that project .

It varies from project to project based on the environment you are working in. A stakeholder has to be relevant to the project and has a say in it or needs to be consulted due to the effect the project will have on them. I would think the owners of the property (both the apartment and building in which the apartment is in). If there is a management company overseeing the building, then they set stakeholders. Any government entity that issued permits or approvals is also a stakeholder. Sometimes the neighbors to the apartment can be stakeholders. Just think who need to be checked with and is relevant....those that can be a problem for u if u don’t check with them. Hope this helps.
