Identity V: Pro Minds Eye Guide (After Buff) + Counter 

A few things to remember: Mind's Eye is a glass cannon. Hunter's know this. No matter what selection or move you make, it can be countered if the Hunter makes the right move. She is a MIND'S GAME character (no pun). Hunter's are more likely to choose teleport if you have an A badge. Wu Chang is the most difficult because they have the most mobility in finding you if they're not engaging with someone else beyond just the teleport. In terms of the tight kiting, it is a chess match. I have seen all players, whether legendary or novice, get destroyed with tight kiting. It is a chess match. And good hunters are creative. Do the best you can. Sticker build is awesome for harassment teams. Struggle can be useful too. Pallet stun build is best for tight kiting experienced players with good ping. Maps with center buildings are best for Mind's Eye, such as Red Church, Leo's Memory, and Sacred Heart. Good luck using her. :)

I use to play Minds Eye just to tight kite. I loved tight kiting and getting the hunter’s attention even if they got me real fast. It was practice for me and I even reached number 1 at some point but it got exhausting because she’s not a kiter. I realized a while ago that even if you’re a good tight kiter in high tier it doesn’t matter so I just stopped and adapted to transitioning :(

i’ve spawned in oh shit spots way too many times with jacks and bonbons and that shit is so stressful. i always manage to wiggle around and hide from them but it’s one of the worst moments as mind’s eye.

you can also use minds eyes ability right when the game starts because to 50 seconds and can match with quenching

I once played minds eye (with the daily free characters thing) and I did a four cipher kite and then the wu chang fly away but then in the end when the last cipher was pop by me the wu chang change target to me with detention and I kited him to the exit gate but then he lost me and I hide very close to the exit gate then he teleported to the other gate and thought I want there and then I go tru the gate and won (the minds eye is pretty op)

Honestly you're a legally pro at using this legally blind girl.

I wish they reduce the auditory sound that her cane makes because it's hard to use her if they can spot her easily. Just like Persway said, she has way too many factors to think about so I think they should give her team more benefits because the current meta is very support-oriented.

I feel like she’ll be able to run tide and rescue if they choose to give her the knock back. I mean imagine rescuing and then the person is gonna get hit but TME uses her knock back tap and keeps the hunter from hitting them. Not only would it protect the teammate but it would also give them a bit more distance and make their kite last a bit longer.

My only problem playing Helena is that I don't see the hunters' hitbox light-

when playing mind's eye, ill use my cane right at the start of match so my team and i have a good place to start decoding, somewhere not near the hunter. unfortunately, 90% of the time i spawn near the hunter. this sucks, but sometimes ill spawn near the ruins in the hospital - one of my favourite places to kite as mind's eye. just like the graveyard in eversleeping town, it has a bunch of pallets and walls to hide behind to confuse the hunter. i tend to stay away from decoding in the hospital/factory/shacks because they are such common decoding/spawn spots and are the places hunters will go first. what always worry me is when using my cane, the hunter might hear me and know where i am. of course, this also can be very helpful. let's just say, the hunter hears my cane and comes after me. using my cane somewhere and then running somewhere else can confuse the hunter. sometimes, this doesn't work but oh well. it is so satisfying to see when it works out.
