Why is it in black and white? If it was in colour you will be able to see the pen ink used in not the same (not only blue or black ink have the same lightness or darkness) unless it's the same pen used

@@mrjnutube Even if they claimed 11,000 form 34A came from same KIEMS kit it is kinda strange they gave only two examples as evidence of which Mahat admitted to this serialization mistake and explained though in the two examples the KIEMS had same serial numbers but they also had different IMEI numbers and assured the Court to they will submit the KIEMS to registar for more scrutiny. The manner in which Azimio lawyers tried to skew the evidence in their favour was either our of ignorance or was a blatant attempt to deceive the nation and the court. It appears many have fallen for these tricks.

I don't think you understanding what is saying!. In simple you can try to change but the landmarks, ip address, Mac address etc of the forms in real time can not be charged. Form example the particular form the Raila people tried to change they didn't know that so it's not real/same like of the iebc from in the portal. Basically it's not the same. Meaning it did not come from iebc portal. So he has disapproved them. Good for Ruto lawyers.
