Hi Ogarbek, you should try to give an open answer to each question. For some questions, one or two sentence is enough. If a question required a longer answer, feel free to speak for longer. In Part 3, you should give longer more serious answers

If you're talking about family members, you can use the plural form. Here's a similar example. "The staff were really helpful" = people working there.
