Then again.. Wallace and gromit had arguably trespassed on the moon and began to take cheese. So I count a total of 1. Illegal parking of a vehicle at minimum and illegal migration at worst. 2. Trespassing goes without saying. 3. For taking the cheese a mix of theft, distruxtion of property and ecological damage. 4. Evasion and attempted escape of authorities. If the meter was a private citizen I'd argue he was using reasonable force to evict a trespassing vandal and if he was an agent of the law he overstepped.

Not really. Shaun first appeared in Wallace and Gromit, then got his own spin off show. I don't think it's set in the same universe, because in Wallace and Gromit, silent characters (like Gromit and Feathers McGraw) coexist with talking characters (like Wallace). But in Shaun the Sheep, silent characters coexist with...other silent characters. No one, not even the human characters talk in Shaun the Sheep. So I think it's probably set in an alternative universe, separate from W&G.

Not to mention Shaun seems to have been on Mossy Bottom Farm since he was a baby in his own show and has a separate more defined flock so either he somehow was taken from his farm at some point and got put with a random flock mixed in with Preston’s scheme or they are different universes. Besides who do Bitzer and the Farmer reeeeally remind you of……that’s right Gromit and Wallace. The Farmer and Wallace might be a bit of a stretch but still

You could very easily add unlicensed firearms to feather's charges, even before 1996 when handguns were outright banned, they still had to be registered and licenced.

The Cooker is a neutral character but his goal is still to stop the protagonists from doing what they've set out to do. He's not evil or bad, but he's still an obstacle that Wallace and Gromit have to overcome.

Yeah, the only things it could be charged for may just be trespassing and property damage, since it got inside the rocket without any permit, and it accidentally ripped the metal frame off the door And attempted assault too, it very much kept the infractions to itself, and Wallace was just completely unaware he was doing something wrong, that bonk to the head was rushing things and lack of control, as the robot showed clear frustration before deciding to whack him good, it failed in the nick of time, but an attempt was definitely made

I think Preston's sentencing is null and void considering he's A) a dog and B) a robot and considered property, therefore any crimes he commits are the responsibility of his creator/owner whom at the time was Wendolene. Granted upon sentencing Preston would be destroyed, but in the eyes of the law he wouldn't be responsible for his actions.

In terms The Cooker’s programers such as the British Space Agency should be the ones being charged. Another thing is that Wallace was technically violating a treaty made for the moon and therefore the cooker could do anything in his power to apprehend Wallace.

Feathers probably isn’t an Emperor Penguin but is instead an Adelie Penguin since Emperor Penguins get 4ft in height. The Penguins from the Madagascar movies are Adélie penguins and they are really short, as well as Feathers here.
