When the Red Death killed the Hideous Zippleback it wasn't intentional due to it targeting Toothless; so instead it would be guilty of manslaughter, and since zipplebacks are technically conjoined twins so it would be two cases of manslaughter.

I love how the Death is getting charged here. At least with talking animals, you can make the case that they talk, and probably have morals. No reason to assume the Death isn't just an animal, just charging a wild animal.

What about Grimmel hunting the Night Fury Species to almost total extinction and planning to kill Toothless to finish the job? Also, could killing dragons fall under murder, given that dragons are intelligent and emotionally complex like humans?

Always love these videos and how you handle them! I especially like how after the declaration of war, the rules change. And Drago is no longer charged for terrorism or property destruction, but instead war crimes. I do want to add, though. That I think Drago should also be charged with Mass poaching (is that a thing?) for taking so many dragons out of the wild and enslaving them through mind control. Probably could change Grimmel's murder attempts on Hiccup to Attempted Regicide since Hiccup is the Chief of Berk. Then again Death and Life are similar in nature. For one Death comes sooner rather than later.

the attempted murders during the fight on the shore is technically not valid as they are actively fighting a war on a battlefield and are thus legal. they are soldiers at war with one another because they are under rules of war during that time.

interesting detail: the shadows are the only dragons with front facing eyes and their breath attack has both range and explosive power with suggests that they might actually be specialised in hunting other dragons wich would explain why toothless showed both hickup and astrid the red death: he knew they would find a way for him and others to stop the red death for good.

The Red Death is also responsible for starting an entire war against the Hairy Hooligan tribe where she sacrificed thousands of dragons to be slaughtered by the Vikings of that tribe, which also led to the deaths of hundreds of the Vikings, all because she wanted the dragons to give her food and not bother to get food for herself. There's a scene in the movie where Stoick mentions that "they've killed hundreds of us," referring to the Viking tribe, and Hiccup points out that "we've killed thousands of them!" referring to the dragons. The dragons in this fictional universe are sapient creatures, so they have a full understanding of right and wrong, and the Red Death herself is also shown to be intelligent given how she strategically burned down dozens of ships so the Viking warriors of the tribe wouldn't escape. What makes this even worse is that the Red Death didn't even have to do this in the first place; she could've gotten out of the volcano if she wanted and gotten food for herself, as she could break her wings through the tunnel so she can get to the other side. Instead, she relied on hundreds, if not thousands of smaller dragons, to raid food from the Viking tribe, and sacrificed thousands of her own dragons and hundreds of the Vikings thanks to her own gluttony and selfishness. This is mass enslavement on top of pillaging and mass murder, and would give the Red Death an instant death penalty.

If you counted the stuff the characters did offscreen, the Red Death would have an endless amount of death sentences 💀

I imagine that in 2, when Drago attempts to kill Hiccup (after he's already killed Stoick, 12:18), that would be a charge of attempted regicide, since Hiccup is the chief upon Stoick's death, even though they haven't had an official ceremony yet. For red death you should also charge them for mutilating hiccup as in past videos if a character is directly caused to be permanently altered it counts as mutilation. Hiccup got severe burns that resulted in the leg getting cut off.
