Bone Tomahawk is a weird west movie, a cross between a western and another fantastical genre, in this case horror. Bone Tomahawk is about the residents of a small town, whom on one fateful night have two settlers abducted by cannibals. With most of the men away on the cattle trails, it falls on the aging Sheriff, his equally aged backup deputy, the cripple husband of a woman kidnapped, and the town's most notorious bachelor to ride to their rescue. As these four doomed men ride out, the horrors they encounter on their journey are nothing to what awaits them at the end.
