This is one of your best videos for growing your channel. Treat it as a business, make long form content for more watch time, hire help to get more videos out per week (provided they are quality), repurpose content. Beginners may do it all, which may be okay at the beginning of a channel or business, but ultimately hiring an editor or social media manager if the business takes off makes sense to grow faster. The more content out there (with quality) can help grow a channel faster. Wise words from you, thanks!

Yes, important not to compare solopreneurs with those with teams. I work alone and it's hard to publish a RU-vid video week and recently I mostly have only managed 3 per month. I make some short-form content from longer RU-vid videos, and that works quite well. For me it is especially Pinterest video pins that keep bringing clicks to my content on a long-term basis. Just like RU-vid videos, pins live for years.

Great video! One of the things I am doing to massively repurpose social is using strategy, automation, and delegation at much lower price levels include Kajabi, IFTTT, Social Curator, Later, a VA with Efficise, and Fiverr! I believe there are steps to scaling too + ways to do it lean! Def agree with 3+ long form videos weekly - seeing massive growth with this! Abs kicking myself for not tripling down on RU-vid much much sooner! We win or learn tho!

Regarding the longer videos... your watch time increased by 45%, while your video views increased by 52%. Are you sure the increase in revenue does not come from posting way more videos? Because at the beginning of the chart you're posting 3-5, and at the end you're posting 9+ (also, there's that video about starting a Yt channel with 200k views in august; are you sure that's not an outlier month when it comes to revenue? same regarding the exploding your reels video in July). Also, most of your videos were already over 10mins a year ago... I may be wrong, but something tells me that the explanation behind the increased revenue isn't as simple as making videos longer. Other than that... great video! thanks!

Hey Andrea, increase in revenue is a combo of a few things we did: 1. Increase length of video 2. Do more videos 3. Add more ad breaks.
