Don Eduardo "Lalo" Salamanca, known north by his alias Jorge de Guzman, is a Mexican-American drug lord and a high-ranking capo of the Cartel. Had he survived the shootout with Gus Fring these are the criminal charges he would have faced.

Crimes you missed (besides the ones already mentioned by other commenters): - In 4x09 he tells a story to Hector that could on its own give like maybe a million years in jail. - I believe he could be charged with fraud when he and Saul scammed the court. - He pushes the kid in his hacienda, so maybe assault? Idk - The last hitman sent to him was not killed in self-defense. Lalo took away his gun and then killed him. - He must have gotten to Germany illegally. - He was trespassing on Casper's property (said by Casper himself) - He told Kim to murder Gustavo, so solicitation of murder.

@@lh7325 Here's a quote from Breaking Bad Wiki: "Lalo addresses Hector, remembering an incident where the two of them burned down a hotel and tortured the proprietor for showing disrespect. Lalo goes on to say that he went back into the hotel as it was burning, and retrieved a souvenir that he has kept for years. He presents the souvenir to Hector as a gift: the brass bell from the hotel's front desk." That hotel proprietor also died.

There is debate that whether Casper died or not, considering Lalo himself, I think Casper didn't survive the encounter, but the murder is heavily implied, same as Jane's father's self inflicted gunshot.

Technically, he enters the US illegally twice. The first time when we first meet him at Hector's restaurant kitchen. What about when he shoots Gustavo in the chest to convince him to open the secret basement door of his laundromat which led to the lab under construction? That also counts as assault.

First degree murder is premeditated. Lalo knew that to find Werner he must kill Fred, so he thought out a way to do it and did it. Howard's murder wasn't planned. He just saw him and decided to kill him, so that's only second degree. Manslaughters are murders done unintentionally, but still so you can be charged for them. The murders of Sylvia, Mateo and the two drivers were called homicide, because that's how apparently they are called in Mexico.

Vader is impossible to charge because he served the Galactic Empire. Kratos is possible but it will just be full of death sentences or exiles, since in ancient Greece those were the largest punishments possibles for murder and desecration of holy symbols. With the Norse, it will be mostly unknown since we barely know their laws, but he would be full of death sentences.

I think Lalo using the kid as a shield counts as some form of manslaughter since he could have prevented the death but chose not to. Also, why were the smugglers only considered homicide, and breaking into Ms Ziegler’s house, walking into jimmy’s apartment, and the launderia all considered burglary instead of BnE?

Lalo is not the sort of person to leave Casper alive. And even if he did, Casper lives in the middle of the woods and is now missing a leg. Chances are slim to none that he would survive long enough to get proper treatment.

I don't think Lalo illegally left/entered the United States to be honest. Given that his body double's dental records were under Lalo's name, it's quite possible to me that Lalo would have a second ID under his body double's name. He could've figured that out well in advance and then easily gone through the airport like everyone else (not locally of course) to get to/from Germany.

The thing is, we don't see him kill anyone but Howard and the assassins... Oh and Gus' men, but those are unimportant characters, so the crime is less. 😄How do we know for sure he killed all those other people? I believe he didn't kill Sylvia, the wife of the body double.
