He could’ve potentially accidentally killed anyone if they got in the way of his gun, and that would also added an involuntary manslaughter charge as well.

I like how a tiny dog has a more severe sentence than a crazed hunter with a gun. It's the difference between 10.25 years and 4 life sentences plus 19.6 years. On top of the other charges as well.

Honestly, with Shaw at least, I believe you missed more than a few crimes… to cite all I found… Scene 1.) Shaw is not only seen recklessly driving, but he also nearly runs over two people, INCLUDING A CHILD (Reckless Endangerment x2 with one being a child), and then we can cite him for reckless use of a firearm (Rifle is being used as a guitar prop, so who knows where that rifle is pointing… especially considering we can assume it’s locked and loaded.), but we can also cite him for Perjury (Lied to Officer Gordy about how Elliot got on that hood), Poaching (You got it!) and another Reckless Driving (Reality about how Elliot got on that hood). Scene 2.) We can cite him with Reckless use of a firearm (again) due to him trying to fire his rifle in a populated area. Scene 3.) Alongside Reckless Driving, we also, once again, got Reckless Endangerment x2, one of which again has a child modifier. (Not counting the vehicle he almost hit, as Elliot caused that near miss, and Shawn stopped before he could be a threat) Scene 4.) I am assuming Shaw had no approval to be there at all in the first place, as this is most likely a paid event, and Shaw cannot use the argument of defending the public both due to his reckless use of his rifle and how he was there BEFORE the screaming and panic set in. Then he takes aim in a crowded space with people running around who can easily get in the way, meaning he’s flagging countless people AS WELL AS BETH due to her being behind Elliot and Boog, meaning if he got an accurate shot off, he actually would have shot all three in the head. This would tack on Trespassing, and Reckless Use of a Firearm, on top of Fleeing and Eluding an Officer. Scene 5.) You got the right image, as he’s driving like a psychopath who got his license out of a rotten cereal box that was advertising a chance to get one of those toy MIB ID cards inside it. Scene 6.) Again, the same right idea Scene 7.) If you REALLY want to bring the hammer down on this guy, you can also tack on reckless use of a firearm on top of Poaching, as that was such an extreme range and, judging from the power behind that round, he could easily have hit anything beyond Boog and Elliot… including another human who was camping in the woods. And I highly doubt he could have known what was beyond his target with him over-penetrating a tree to attempt to headshot Boog. Scene 8.) Again, reckless use of a firearm could be argued here. He’s in an unsafe environment generated by the environment rather than any of the wildlife around him. So he had no reason to fire his rifle at any point. What he should have been doing was looking for some way to escape this situation with a much higher chance of survival… and this is ignoring the factors that make me question his mental health. Scene 9.) I have nothing to add in this circumstance. Scene 10.) Depending on where you are, I’m assuming you can tack on additional charges, but i cannot say for sure. Still, because of how wild this is, at most, I can say the entire Hunting Community would be shaming him to no end, worse than the guy who got too excited over his poor execution of hunting a bear with a throwing spear. So Poaching will have to do. Additional charges I got: Reckless Endangerment x5 (x2 with child modifiers), Reckless Use of a Firearm x5, Perjury, Reckless Driving x2, Trespassing, Fleeing and Eluding a LEO… and whatever damages Beth cites him for in Civil Court for flagging her indirectly via aiming through Boog and Elliot, and if she catches wind of it, his role leading up to the incident and the resulting closure of the attraction and its loss of income.

Shaws escaping lawful custody and denying arrest charge I feel should be re-established or maybe removed. The sheriff hadn’t actually announced the punishment for shooting his rifle so for all we know he could’ve believed it was a fine or a misdemeanour and ran off. The sheriff also hadn’t said directly that he was under arrest until Shaw was already gone, so it might not be a charge?

I believe it could be argued that a wild animal that broke into your home as self-defense rather than hunting without a license

If Shaw never went to a shop with the truck it would warrant the ticket but I never took note of if his truck got fixed since it sank later anyway but he did almost hit some people on multiple occasions with his unprofessional driving and improper hunting practices like in the town but I do remember he has also harassed the lady who raised Boog multiple times and tried to incite her to anger. He also should have got public endangerment on his record since he did drive with intent to kill when he saw Elliot.

1:37 please count this as reckless endangerment as well because he tried to shoot 2 animals in a public space which could've also killed somebody else if not handled properly. Also count it as holding an illegal weapon in public spaces. Notice how there was alot of people in the space. And he had a gun.
