Stinky Pete has now joined the Oncelor as the only characters covered on this channel who could hypothetically carry out their entire sentences.

The silent addition of a life sentence to Muntz just sells how serious this moment is. Sure, there are other serious moments for these villains, but this had no comedy, no dramatic music, no grand reveal. Just a drop of a hat, and you are just left processing what is happening. I like it.

I think the best part of these videos is that they're based off human crimes, laws and punishment (obviously) so Hopper's sentence is absolutely insane in terms of a grasshopper. Since grasshoppers can live up to a year at most, his first crime being breaking and entering being a year is already a life sentence, possibly more.

Charles could also be charged for poaching since he did hunt and kill wild animals.

I think Lotso's gross negligence charge could just be attempted mass murder.

Fun fact: The lifespan of a grasshopper is around 1 year. So the +45 Years at the end of his sentence are actually 15x more jail time than his three life sentences combined. Also, at 7:40, it's kinda interesting that Stinky Pete only got a coercion charge when he threatened, then actively attempted to dismember Woody. But only due to toy physiology allowing Woody to be fixed afterwards.

I noticed a few crimes Hopper committed that wasn't mentioned: 1. Possibly abuse of a minor by traumatizing Dot with Thumper 2. Assault on his brother Molt when he grabbed him by the antenna and bumping him against a wall 3. Aggravated assault when he punched another grasshopper cause of Molt still talking 4. Possible kidnapping by taking the Queen hostage

I'd say switching Buzz to demo mode is a form of brainwashing, as Lotso essentially gave him amnesia and tricked him into thinking he was his boss at Star Command and his former friends were villains.

Actually, Muntz didn’t just kill the Surveyor and Botanist, we see *multiple* helmets, meaning he killed more than 2 people, so we can give him a serial killing charge. You know! “For kids”!

I love how Muntz just gets 'life' during his speech, rather than it being interrupted. I know it's probably an error, but it just makes it all the more menacing.

Oddly enough, Ernesto might be the first character on this show who can serve their full sentence, since he’s already dead.

Muntz killed more than two of those people. Every helmet resembles one kill. I’m not sure how they were killed though. Either he dropped them from a high altitude from the airship, shot them with the Sharps rifle, or the dogs slaughtered them. Either way, that would give him the same charge that Ed Kemper and Jeffrey Dahmer had.

Lotso was a pretty good villain. I really liked his appearance in Breaking Bad.

Charles Muntz likely has a few other charges under his belt. The most obvious one is poaching as he's attempting to capture "Kevin" throughout the entire move. Also, I would wager that, seeing as there are more than 2 helmets in his speech that each of them might be someone he's killed. We can't really say for sure. Finally, beyond arson, general property damage to the house (even the balloons) could be argued, even vandalism.

You could also add an assault and battery charge for Lotso, since he had Buzz held down and had his back torn off, then switched to Demo. Buzz is also grunting and wincing in pain during this scene, so a torture charge could also work.

I think Charle's firearm charge could also count as attempted first degree murder since he was trying to bring down the house with the kid and the old man inside (I forgot their names)

I loved how he charged an insect for attacking and oppressing other insects, and how he charged 2 toys for attacking and oppressing other toys, when insects and toys have no human rights. I also liked how he still also charged Ernesto with 2 more life sentences for crimes he did in the afterlife.

6:41 Pretty sure that would be classed as attempted murder since he knew that not pushing the button would lead to the death of the other toys and purposefully chose not to out of malice. It would have been negligence if he escaped onto the ledge but didn't see the button, or didn't know that there was fiery doom waiting at the end of the conveyer, or even if he did see the button and knew about the doom but pushing the button would have somehow put him in unreasonable danger. As it was, and considering how hostile he had been towards the other characters up until this point, I don't think a prosecutor would have any trouble selling an attempted murder charge to a jury. At least 3rd degree, but probably 2nd degree because of his prior interactions with the other toys involved.

You could also argue for Charles Muntz that him attempting to capture the bird would be labeled as a crime. Since its implied to be the only one of its kind (including its babies) on paradise falls, if it were discovered in real life it would have been labeled as an endangered species, and Charles is very clearly employing harmful methods to capturing it and removing it from its natural habitat including using hunting dogs which hurt its leg, using that net, and almost killing it with a shotgun. With all that he would've gotten the maximum sentence and a hefty fine.

OKAY, let's get down to business! These Pixar villains are ones I've been WANTING to bust for a LONG TIME! Maximum penalties for Pixar villains part 2: Hopper: So we're off to a great start; Hopper is undoubtedly both one of Pixar's most notorious and DANGEROUS villains in the franchise. Not only he used others to gather food for him and his clan, he practically controlled the entirety of Ant Island and its kingdom, even though he took FULL control in the last third of the movie. He also committed treason on ALL of the levels to the ant kingdom and took his deathly wrath out on innocent ants of all ages, including The Queen and little Dot, and even his own allies. He's a power-hungry, violent and horrible tyrant of a bug and also cannot be alive any longer because of his crimes against the ants. I recommend he be executed via the same way he met his demise in the movie involving the bird. Something the Romans call *"Damnatio ad bestias"!!! Lotso**: Even though he has a tragic backstory which is understandable to think of his feelings of betrayal, what he did at Sunnyside Daycare and to all those other toys is inexcusable and unforgivable. Lotso will have no choice but to face the consequences for his crimes against toykind and possibly humanity.
