If Dreamworks Villains Were Charged For Their Crimes 

Megamind not getting a single death sentence shows how much of a guy he is, the dude practically made Prison his daily cycle, he walks in and out like it's tuesday.

Seeing Megamind getting more charges than Titan makes the line "oh you're a villain alright. Just not a super one." hit even harder.

Fun fact: Escaping out of prison is legal in Germany, as seeking freedom is a natural human desire. You just gotta expect to be re-inprisoned later, and you gotta make sure that you don't commit any other crimes while escaping

Regarding Megamind's crimes, I feel the $2,500 fine in the beginning would probably be waived, since he's so young and genuinely can't be held accountable for his actions.

"This man has no rizz and is also putting Roxanne under a lot of danger with his flirting techniques." The most savage way to charged someone.

I like it how the only villian in this video not to receive the death penalty even once was Megamind for obvious reasons.

Imagine getting locked up in a cage and then your fate gets decided by getting turned into a rug. That has to be one of the worst ways to die.

Megamind caused a lot of damage in Metrocity throughout his villainous career, but unlike any other animated villains, he at least paid all the damage and is pleaded not guilty at the end. This shows how much of a great villain protagonist he is. Even villains have standards too.

I like that the writers of Megamind knew what his sentence would have been for the crimes he committed after he broke out. In beginning of the movie, the warden says he has 85 life sentences, but towards the end of the movie, during the scene where Minion as the Warden is talking to Megamind in his prison cell, he tells him he still has 88 life sentences to go.

A pardon in megamind: Character experienced trauma from a early age, resulting in aggressive actions to the city and acting out in what could be seen as more of a improve play, subconsciously never intending to harm or murder anyone. He was taught by many to do wrong, but he internally has been fighting this until he started to believe his actions were for a good propose of good vs evil. When he realised his actions were wrong and that he’s capable of being the good person he wanted to be, his behaviour changed to cleaning up the city, undoing mistakes he has made and protecting it from much worse criminals. In real life: A politician committed a war crime, but is friends with the president.

And before someone asks about the Genocide bit, I believe the fact that he turned Mama Bear into a rug combined with how he is rounding up Fairy Tale creatures at the start of the movie implies genocidal intentions on fairy tale creatures.
