The Water Shuriken one is actually possible if the Water that makes the shuriken is condensed enough since most water attacking moves from Water types are condensed enough to break rocks

or under high pressure for high velocity, though the cutting power of water is somewhat overstated when it's not used in large quantities. The "high pressure stream" that we typically see cutting things actually has shards of sand and other particulate matter in it that impact with high force to do the cutting.
