SSJ Goku(Current) would win , he is better at use the power of SSJ and he also used to use it when he first Super Sayian in Frizea Saga , Vegeta SSJ would take Strength but Durabality and Power give to Goku when he can combine the god ki in SSJ Form In Battle of Gods Saga, Goku SSJ actually fight 1v1 Beerus 1% which SSJ2 Enraged Vegeta can't do it Goku SSJ3 > Vegeta SSJ2 easily , the weakness of SSJ3 Goku is stamina Goku SSJG > Vegeta SSJG , in battle with Broly Berserker , we can see Goku has more durabality and speed to dodge and tank some attacks from Broly . Strength would be debetable for Vegeta

Ultra ego hit base gas like 50- times and still got stomped while TUI only needed 2 hits to destroy gas's horns and completely annihilate him gas needed a powerup just to defeat tui so yes tui gets it. Thr only thing ue gets is durability
