Yeah, and I'm pretty sure he was giving those cogs to the aliens (they had transformer-like minions in the first movie) so the dude is both an organ harvester and disregarding human/robot labor laws.
@bradleyadams5252 the quintisons don't transform so they wouldn't have any purpose for them, and he can't convicted of a crime that may have never happened, I'm willing to bet what he did was grind them for energon
The Primes aren't royalty. They can be seen that way but they were THE first 13 Cybertronians. They were mortal gods in a way but no kings and queen. That's, of course just my opinion
What D-16/Megatron did to Sentinel Prime is brutal by tearing up his body into pieces but to be honest he definately got what he deserved anyway since Sentinel Prime is the main antagonist of this movie. Although I don't blame D-16/Megatron for hating Sentinel Prime because he had always looked up to him until he learn the truth that Sentinel Prime was never really a hero in the first place.
Yeah. Sentinel's death scene is the definition of bittersweet - sweet because that bastard completely deserved it and got what was coming to him, bitter because D-16 has completed his transition to Megatron and given away his own humanity.
Oh and by the way in part 4 of sentence amphibia villains for their crimes it should be about the humans for real this time such as Sasha, Robert Otto, mr x and jenny dr franks and Ned the food truck driver😊.
The grand larceny can also be counted as mutilation and organ harvesting. I'm not completely sure if what D-16 did to starscream's voice box would count as some kind of mutilation as well.
I don’t Megatron usurped the throne or commit terrorism yet but he did insight a riot and can be charged with assault with a deadly weapon for accidentally shooting Orion and manslaughter for dropping Orion.

Out of all versions of Megatron this one is probably the most understandable: he was abused as a miner and when he learn his leader Sentinel prime was a frigging fraud and liar killing the real leaders in order to take their position i can honestly understand him. For me Megatron should receive a pardon for the murder of Sentinel prime cuz ok he became worse than him but he killed a dictator so i can slip through this murder.
D-16 was a miner in most continuities and became Megatron to lead the Decepticons (who were initially freedom fighters) against the corrupt government through violence. However, when the Autobots were formed to stop the Decepticons and purge the corrupt officials through non-violent actions, that's when Megatron's focus was so much on the Autobots that he forgot the true reason he was fighting. He had mined, fought in the arena, and fought for the people of Cybertron to allow them to truly live as equals. And yet, they criminalized him and made him turn into the villain we know. Almost every version of Megatron is understandable, you would just have to do some research. Should Megatron receive pardons for all the "corrupt" officials he's killed in other continuities? For all that the people know, that footage could have been faked and now you just killed a hero. If you think so then you might just deep down be a Decepticon. It's crazy how this one question can determine whether or not you're an Autobot or Decepticon. The Decepticons are not really evil, most joined Megatron based on his original goal, but have since become blind to his descent into darkness. If you're a Decepticon, it doesn't necessarily mean you're evil, it just shows how far you're willing to go for the greater good.
Yeah. Seeing him fully embrace becoming Megatron when he lets Orion fall and tears Sentinel in two just makes me tear up, 😢😢which is a sign the people behind this film did something VERY right with D-16 and his start of darkness. Megatron giving Sentinel what he deserved at the price of his own humanity and moral highground is the definition of bittersweet. I agree that Megatron's charge for killing Sentinel if none of the other charges should be commuted, considering Sentinel's own exposed crimes and Megs' motives.
The transformation cog is kinda like an organ for a transformer since they're born with them so you could say that Sentinel and Megatron could be charged with organ harvesting. Unless Grand Larceny is a bigger crime.

i am wondering about one thing: if sentinel prime had 5 death penalty's and megatron gained a life sentence after he ripped sentinel in half, shouldn't he not get it since sentinel had 5 death penalty's already? (like i am not an expert at law but i am wondering.)
Watching the movie I charged Sentinel 5 death sentences for high treason, mass mutulation mass murder, mass enslavement and dictatorship. After all, only the elites could keep/get their T-cogs back, which is an organ that transforms them. I didn't count any other charges because I was busy watching the captivating movie before me
I thought Megatron would get a grand larceny charge for stealing and using Megatronus' cog (which was stolen first by Sentinel). Isn't stealing something that was already stolen still stealing?
