Quite a decent budget today from the Tories. Huge investment in public service and infrastructure. Not what you would ever imagine if Cameron or May were still in charge. Is Boris/Cummings going to drag the Tories back towards the centre ground? That would be an interesting plot twist.

@@nightowl7459 I think what happened was that politicians were really seen as people who can't get things done. Ignoring the BREXIT vote was really a bad move. The working class wanted a hopeful future and all labour have them was more of the same lower wages and no chance to buy and more competition from low skilled migration and ignoring child abuse. The middle class finally saw that thier children can't buy houses. The upper class wanted to avoid the gulags. Simples.
Socialists in the Socialist Labour Party never moved away from the issues in the Video - just take a look at the Manifesto, and the efforts of local Labour Activists across the country through voluntary work, etc. Unfortunately, there are still too many ‘only slightly Socialist’ Labour Members and MPs who preferred to spend their time and efforts in a Negative Campaign of smears, lies, twisting facts and disloyalty to their own Party Leader (voted for, overwhelmingly, by their Party Membership) - because they arrogantly believe they know better than their Constituents. You just have to look at the Welfare Parliamentary Bill in 2015 and see who Voted against the Bill (which was about more Austerity) and who Abstained their Vote. Abstaining generally means they didn’t have an opinion either way - which is actually appalling and disgraceful for MPs representing Working Class Constituents through a Socialist political party 😡

There is not a chance in hell that I would vote for a party that advocates giving none UK citizens, not committed citizens, a vote in a UK GE. What the hell was that about? It comes across as desperation, coupled with "open boarders", of getting the minority vote and flooding the country for future Labour voters. That's not democracy that's desperation and underhanded. Go out and honestly ask people about minority gender politics. I for one don't care if people want to live their life as an opposite sex from their original sex, that's their choice, let em get on with it, but, don't make the majority, me, tow their line. I like this. But I don't know what a TV ad is going to achieve. It's going to take a serious change (not same old) at the very top, a new direction, if we're really serious about getting into power and changing lives for the better. We don't seem to have learned anything from the failed Corbyn experiment, and in the meantime, people are suffering.
