I really love your content. Thank you SO much for this content! I'm a Beautiful Introverted Woman, with lots of social anxiety. I'm also pretty shy too sometimes and overthinking is my flaw. Sometimes I think I'm wasting my beauty because I sometimes try to minimize my beauty potential. However, at 22 I feel I'm beginning to blossom in my mind, and beauty and I'm done wanting to not stand out. I love being quiet, I've accepted it for myself, however I really want to improve my Confidence and sense of self worth. Any tips on that?
