It’s common sense which people at our age do not have sometimes!! I’ve learned to keep my mouth shut when it comes to a lot of things. No sense in worrying about the future because God already knows our future so worrying is futile!! In the end; God will win!!!! That’s what keeps me going especially in this awful political world we are in in 2024!!!!
9 Learning everyday. Most important is family my mental and physical health. The best thing to do is train yourself to not over think. Seems that destroys our peace of mind and our solitude. I’m not bed ridden. Limited to a lot. Being by one self and being strong minded. Has helped me to move on. Not as depressed. Have moments. Still training my mind. From two years ago till now. A good seventy per cent different in how I think today. No therapy. Did this with the stoic thinking Also listening to tapes on God and Jesus. Last thing I’m going to say. Having faith in God is truly the most essential part of changing.❤ I’ll be 70 next May.
Hello, you make a lot of sense I do not like exercise I like walking and I worked all my life. I’m 79 years old and I do not like mine I live by myself I do my own yard myself I shop for myself also cook for myself I visit centers, I talk to my friends I could say I’m real happy I raise a children, but I’m nearly by myself❤

Thankyou for refreshing wisdom often forget that I had to elaborate better golden age for me!!till my unfortunate fall 5 month ago true colors of family discerning trust I did cut off a sibling and her family! I did it all for them an a sudden awakening am moving on and sure do not miss their ignorance selfishness always taker and never giver Received happier! Just being weaker due to many falls and operations I do it all with despair and physical reduced tasks I keep going on with grace of our god Thankyou glad I discover you Blessings
Even though one of my friends is very stingy he does respect boundaries and now that am almost 60 i have learned to follow one of his favorite sayings which is, "What is mine is mine!". Too many hustlers start to show up as one gets older perhaps due to me being in a more wanting to connect to others state of mind but as i get older i see i was already in a correct state of mind when i was younger keeping to myself and just enjoying life and letting it happen. Most of us live on limited incomes so to be lending or giving out money to some person who always has their hand out is just taking away our own happiness where by the end of the month we are broke while the other person is still partying.
