Bro I think that you might be stressed out by learning things . Everyone around says bullshit because all they say is play , eat what you want, drink,have girl friends, and many more but these aren't permanent and lead you to bottom of life. So try to learn about real happiness that lies with in you like meditation, exercise, helping others , and listen to Buddha . Buddha will change your life a lot. And don't relate Buddha to religion because he himself says don't believe everything I say and I'm not a god. So Buddhism is way of life which gives peacefulness and learn about satvik foods
Bro why don't you sleep enough. Are you a high schooler preparing for exams or do you play games all night bro. Whatever it maybe Just try to sleep a little more, because it affects your growth hormone, energy levels, confidence, high stress , low testosterone,makes you look tired , less concentration and many.more health issues.and try to get a good hairstyle bro. Try to be more confident and don't think while speaking because it doesn't have a good impression on you bro. If you can try to change the background to something attractive.these are my suggestions and I'm not trying to hurt you or being harsh to you.
