If you have been watching awhile you know how much we LOVE being underwater. There is so much to see, new critters all the time. But there is one fish we hate seeing, they are destroying the reef, descimating fish populations, they are one of the worst invasive species to our oceans. So beautiful, but so destructive, the Lion Fish.
Since this species is venomous you have to be careful catching them, because of their spines. But since they are not poisonous we can eat them. They are some of our favorite fish to eat. So this week we found some of them lurking in the water, so we catch and cook them up.
